Погулять по территории и бежать от туда!

Ухоженная территория, уютно во дворе. Сам отель маленький

Маленький бассейн. Крошечный. После завтрака пошли плавать в море, муж через пару минут словил морского ежа. Прям напротив отеля. Никто не предупреждал о том, что рядом с отелем такая подстава. Ни табличек, ни на словах. На ресепшен развели руками, отправили в аптеку. И тут началось приключение с больницей, операцией и отдых был испорчен. Разумеется, мы были в курсе что на острове встречаются морские ежи. Но чтобы вот так, возле хорошего отеля в метре от входа в воду?! В номере тоже интересно. Кондиционер прям напротив кровати. Кровать весит пол тонны) чтобы не сдвинуть)

Alterndes Hotel an zentraler Lage. Momentan nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage zur Waterfront sehr gut, wenn der Zyklon nicht die Zugangsbrücke und den Schiffsshuttle zerstört hätte. Die Anlage ist älter und dadurch hat der Zyklon einen Geossteil der Aussenanlage unbrauchbar gemacht.

Überalterte Anlage mit den entsprechenden Möngel. Teuer wegen der zentralen Lage.

Amazing customer service, would definitely recommend

Beautiful hotel and great location

Great location if you want to stay in Port Louis. The hotel has a water taxi which is very convenient to get to the mall and it also has a great restaurant with lovely food and service for breakfast and dinner. We were also offered a free upgrade which is nice.

We did see a few cockroaches inside the hotel but overall the hotel is very clean

2 star hotel at the most

The gym was decent The location was OK The staff were friendly and helpful

The room was vile. The first room we got taken to smelled really bad so we got taken to another room. It was pretty late and dark so I didn't see how bad it was until the next day The bathroom was dirty, mould in the shower walls, dust on the skirting board, etc. One of the towels was stained and we had no bath mat The carpet in the actual room had stains The hotel is overall in bad need of a refurbishment, it's very dated It was probably one of the worst value for money hotels I've stayed in. It's meant to be a 4 star but i would rate it a poor 2 star

Superb

The staff were helpful and friendly. On arrival they made sure that I was aware of the facilities provided, and where to find anything that I would need. The buffet dinner and breakfast was good value for money.

A quiet place to relax after a day of work.

This is a business hotel and very well placed for access to the centre of Port Louis. The restaurant has some very good food, but you do pay a premium for that. If you tire of the restaurant, there is a free boat which gives access to a modern harbourside development with many quality restaurants. I found it a very quiet place to chill out after a relaxing day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the ground floor rooms have patio doors leading to a small garden, very nice. Again this is a business hotel, it's a taxi ride to any of the beaches, but they do have their own manufactured beach and a pool you can sit round and these were very quiet during our stay, despite the hotel being at 90%+ capacity.

I was a bit surprised to find that the prices for food and the local beer were on a par with the UK and the wine was more expensive. That said, only one of our group had food that they though was less than perfect and they do have a great menu.

Perfect for a short business trip

Excellent location. Mauritius has very few business hotels, Le Suffren served well in terms of facilities for us to hold business discussions within the hotel, and proximity to Port Louis offices made meetings outside very convenient. Chef Stefan made special vegetarian meals for us as there were Limited options in the buffet. It was delicious! All the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

The lady making omelette at the breakfast counter was a not polite.

Passable

The room was pretty and the bed was confortable. There was multiple plug to used. Location near to caudan and taxi water also available.

Many facilities was not provided: No toothpaste, the bathtub was too small, no slipper was provided, no variety of tea and Coffee, the hanging lamp near the bed did not light up, the mini fridge was not working, no bathmat, no lighting near the pool,really dark at night. Most waiter prioritizing tourist and client a la carte neglecting others.

Did not meet our expectations

- great breakfast - very comfy beds

we booked two rooms and requested baby cot and extra bed for our kid, what was confirmed before we arrived. But when we arrived neither baby cot nor extra bed was available. Staff was not very helpful at all, they said they will let us know for the other nights, but nothing happened. Very disappointing. The hotel does not feature elevator nor high chairs for kids. To sum it up, very kids-unfriendly.

Superb

we’ve been going to Le Suffren for many years bar Covid. we like the quality and it’s location since we were not looking for a beachside resort.

The restaurant manager was rude and look frustrated by treating us poorly for 2 days with his buffet forcing it upon us when asked of a la carte menu. He spoilt our evening two nights in a row with his attitude and the way he addressed us! On our last night i refuse his rudeness and had the receptionist deal with him and they did👏🏻

Very good

beautiful hotel, close to the center. some of the receptionists are just fine and help a lot. water taxi was good. we have got the possibility to leave our luggage to go for a day trip, and even possibilities to take a shower after we checked out ( the day trip , nothing to do with the hotel, promised us shower but there’s no water in the end.) So, many thanks for the shower after sea water on the skin and 35 degrees In a few hours!

we asked for an extra blanket and got the promise to get it by the evening but we hade to ask two times more to get. It sounds like the communication between the personnel don’t work all the time. buffet served old potatoes.

Good

There was no wifi. There were two wifi networks, of which only one worked. I don’t know why they gave us the invalid one. We stayed there two nights three days, with very strong wifi signal but no internet connection.

Great stay, Value for money – will be back!

The location of the hotel was well suited for purpose – I was able to move around town to conclude business & view tourist sites as well as move up north – I was able to have a game of golf up north & check out the beach. The hotel itself has a well thought interior décor designed to give an occupant an exceptional private experience – there are no people moving up & and about as much are there are residents – it’s a very private space

Superb

The place is in the middle of the city. If you are planning for a beach stay then this is not a area to stay in. The hotel was good. No lift but there are hardly 2 floors so it was fine with me. Food and view was good. I was offered a free sunset boat ride which is available of inhouse guest twice a week

I requested for a mountain view and it was literally some trees outside my room only and they gave me a view from where i could see back of the kitchen area. No beach. Since the place is topical you will see lizards and insects around.

many excellent things about this hotel- staff let it down unfortunately

great location. excellent ferry taking you to and from Caudan waterfront. spotless. pool great.

long winded check in. very slow. room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after it should have been. staff friendly but just not very ‘on it’ e.g getting room card re activated was apparently very difficult- for several members of staff. rang to request late check out (due to the delays with room not being ready on check in) and it took 3 people to answer me.
