櫃台可以英語溝通沒有問題，餐廳的阿姨雖然不會英文但是手勢加肢體語言沒有問題👌。退房後的接送服務很貼心，可以讓我們先把行李寄放，要離開的時候直接送到車站，真的很貼心！

溫泉稍小且不夠通風

Lovely room with exceptional view., in an almost mid century building where hospitality is paramount. Traditional Japanese meals were delicious and interesting - like works of art. Onsen were clean and spacious. Very well organised. Staff were friendly and attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.

There was only one pillow option, which suited neither of us. It made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep. A very small issue for an otherwise perfect stay.

我們很幸運住到B館（比較靠中間一點點）房間窗戶打開就看得到富士山，房間也比照片看起來還要寬敞，兩個行李箱打開沒問題👍雖然因爲懷孕不能去泡湯，但是爸爸媽媽都說還不錯

房間景色很好可以直接看富士山。 服務人員非常親切貼心，清晨外出車子結霜還幫忙處理，還主動幫忙和富士山合影。行李會幫忙放到房間。晚上會讓你選時間鋪床。 可以先check in 放行李但人還不能先入房 早餐是日式早餐，精緻但吃的飽。 門前就有停車場

Hotel provide free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us arrange bicycle rental and dinner reservation on the spot. Great Mount Fuji view from our hotel room and the building also has two well maintained onsen facilities for female and male travellers. We really enjoy our stay.

Wow,. We wanted to have the best view of Fuji to wake up to and got it! The staff make you feel you are at a 5 star hotel. with oustanding service from all staff members. Went to the tourist information centre at the train station, they called the shuttle bus for pick up.. We got off and 2 staff members welcomed us. Check in staff were lovely. Our room view was amazing! We sat on the chairs and had drinks and were in awe of the sight. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough. Great bathroom. We chose the dinner and breakfast package. The dinner was great! There wasn't anything I didn't like and the Lady assisted us as we weren't sure how to cook things etc but she did it for us. She was so patient and fun. Breakfast, a different lady and she was very kind and answered our questions about the food through translate. We loved both the Ladies. It was a great experience to have a Japanese breakfast. Reception lady helped us with a coffee request and we got some beautiful post cards upon leaving. Oh.. and we walked along the lake in the morning and it was beautiful. A staff member came across the road and offered to take our photo in front of Mt Fuji. It was so nice of her as it's a great memory. This place was a great choice. The lake is so peaceful and so relaxing. We thank the all the staff for a memorable stay.

Perfect location on the lake to see Mt. Fuji. They have a shuttle that takes you back and forth to the bus/train station. We stayed here before and after our Mt. Fuji hike and they took us to the station to catch the bus to the 5th Station at 0600. The onsen was wonderful! There are 2 onsens that are both lovely!
