I checked in on the 2nd of March, reception ladies were so amazing indeed. I flew in Thursday morning 6am and I requested if I could check in earlier at 11:30am just to get some sleep and I am so happy receptionist two ladies were fantastic in service they provided. Thank you so much for the hospitality and customer services. Food was great and environment was just perfectly enjoyable and more relaxing. Thank you.

Everything outline at the hotel was just prefect. Happy customer.

what you see on the pictures is what you get! was so good

the smell of the room but after you’ve been in it, it’s not noticeable at all. (wasn’t bad just smelt like the pools)

Room was good, bed very comfortable, we elected not to have a breakfast, however the dining room looked well presented.

I can't think of anything we did not like.

I didn’t eat my breakfast, just coffee with milk. I like some of their Menu .

They Need to be sure that The mug for coffee are cleaned .

So dirty! We had cockroaches and bugs in our room 😩
