Apartamentul cam rece, nu era izolat, se auzea toata galagia de pe strada. Scaunele din living au fost extrem de incomode, puse acolo doar sa arate bine in poze, e nevoie de renovare

I felt comfortable and safe like at home. This hotel will be my first choice on my next visit to Rome

The location of the hotel is great, it is at a point where the heart of Rome beats. Spanish square is just a 5 minute walk away. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

Location was perfect and amazing . Even grocery is 20 metered away . Apartment was big and beautiful . Room were beautifully decorated .

Washrooms are serious problem. During trip one of wash basin was chocked . I complained 3 times but it didn’t fix in 2 days .????

Elena and Efisio were great! Very hospitable!

This property was centrally located around really great restaurants and shops. 2 Cobblestone St. area, and very close to the Spanish steps. I will deathly stay here again when visiting Rome, a two bedroom, two bath apartment with spacious and clean and accommodated a family of five perfectly.

Everything was great. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The AC was working perfectly and there was minimal noise outside. If I was planning to cook on this vacation I would request a larger kitchen, but it was perfect for our needs

Spacious apartment but super dark and depressing.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The apartment was spacious.

The apartment was so dark. The balcony had only a very uncomfortable bench. The apartment had unnecessary furniture that cluttered the space. The doors to the bathroom and one bedroom didn't even open all the way because of unnecessary items.

Great apartment at Incentrum!

Very spacious apartment #3. Excellent staff with office manager Elena, and doorman, Mr. Efisio! Very clean kitchen with appliances and Nespresso and cold drinks. Only a few steps to cafes and groceries. Easy to follow check in and departure.

Neighbors upstairs were very loud from 8A-11A every morning.

Apartment very spacious with lovely furnishings.

Would have been nice to supply more than one dishwasher tablet and some washing powder. Compares with Milan/Venice apartments which were both generous with supplies.

Family visit to Rome

The location was fantastic. In the old city, very close to The Spainish Steps and 4 min walk to metro. The apartment was large, we had plenty of room and it was great to have a sitting room to relax in after a busy day of sightseeing. Comfortable beds and very clean. having a kitchen and dining room allowed us to make breakfast every morning. There is a small supermarket on the same street. I would certainly return to Incentrum apts

Very good

The property location is great ,it's very close to the main attractions in Rome. The apartment is clean .

There are two bedrooms above the street which is usually quiet, but the noises early in the morning ( garbage trucks, supply cars and cleaning efforts) are getting into the apartment and doesn't let you sleep. You can't turn on the water in two places simultancly

Well sized Appartment in a great location for a local experience in Rome!

Well sized appartment with outstanding double terrace in a great location. Yes Mini Kitchen and mini Bathroom but that’s all what you need for a holiday stay . We liked the concept of the appartment and we felt a local experience in Rome. Check in Experience was smooth and staff was helpful and responsive

Comfort is the downside : 4th floor with no lift (I do not recommend for family with kids stays), no sound insulation: The street was noisy at night , uncomfortable bed ,The appartment lacks a bit of maintenance here and there : paint , mold in bathroom… These points made the value for money questionable

The location is superb. appartment was clean, spacoius and well equipped.

The location is superb! just off the main shopping street via del corso and also less than 15 mins walk from many of the tourist spots. We walked evrywhere, even to the Vatican (35mins) and Colleseum (30 mins). The appartment was clean, very spacious and well equipped, inc. dishwasher.

The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family.

we stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment on Via Vittoria. the apartment is super spacious, clean and comfortable. The sofa was really great. It was wonderful to have such facilities for the kids. In addition, the service and responsiveness of the staff were amazing - like a hotel. Location was also superb - close to everything. There was even a washingmachine and a dryer combined which is really really useful for kids.

The only things to note maybe is that water pressure (but I understand that’s the case in many places in Rome), and that it could be helpful to have some basic supplies in the kitchen (salt, more than one tablet of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc). But even though there wasn’t it wasn’t that bad since there is a Carrefour express across the street and prices are good.

The location was fabulous! Perfect apartment for a family of 5 adults. Really comfortable amenities. Would definitely go back.

Excellent location. Walking distance from many of the main landmarks and Metro station (Spagna) round the corner. Plenty of bars, restaurants in the area and handy little carrefour express less then a minute away for picking up essentials like Bottled water etc. The apartment is comfortable and has all you would need for a short stay. We didn’t use the kitchen except for making morning offee so can’t comment on how kitchen is equipped. There is a bakery down the street where you can get breakfast pastries and coffees. Lovely apartment that I would definitely use again.

Very little natural light so apartment needs artificial lighting all the time. Bathroom could do with an update.

Worth every Euro - A hidden gem

Very good location in a posh shopping district. Could walk to the Colloseum and Trevi Fountain from here without difficulty. Taxi fare from Vatican was 30 Euro. The staff, especially Elena were super helpful and managed everything over email quite perfectly.

The apartment is tiny. The lift even tinier. But neither was uncomfortable or inconvenient in any way. The location is slightly inside an alley ( Via Vittoria) and taxis refused to drive right up to the door. This mean a short walk with heavy luggage to the taxi stand.

Stunning apartment in great location.

I would highly recommend Incentrum, it exceeded our expectations. The location was great, just off the square with the Spanish steps, and surrounded by posh shops and nice restaurants. Walkable to most attractions - the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon etc. There is a Carfour (little supermarket) just across the street. It was still surprisingly quiet at night. The flat itself had all the amenities we needed and more, a really well equipped kitchen. The decoration was amazing, really luxurious and comfortable. The space was huge and overall fairly cool, considering it was very hot in August. Check in was very easy, we just got a code for the doors for self check in. Staff are also available if you need them throughout the stay and communication is excellent. *I would like to note that we did get a free room upgrade*

The only issue was that we got lots of spider bites over night. Although we did leave the windows ajar so this could have been at part to blame. Also, to note, the balcony is only big enough to stand up on.
