Enjoyed our stay with lovely staff and clean, cool rooms.

Aq-Va is my 'go to" hotel of choice. My friend had booked us into a different hotel. We stayed 1 night before changing to Aq-Va.

Definitely in great local etc but they do need some maintenance

Pleasant stay, recommend

Location was good, close to restaurants, beach, shopping, great spa across road..Staff were very friendly and helpful, not overbearing..Clean well presented premises…Spa and Gym (if your into that) not open on site

Pool water is very cold, not much sun..Breakfast is adequate, not much variety but good quality…Rooms are very light at night, could do with different window treatments,

The resident asking me what the noise was,when she should know that there is men working on the other side of the building.Was not happy about that.The room stank from the drain.The air cons were filthy,we cleaned the filter ourselves.

Quietly happy at Aq- va, not a hotel choice I would pick but stayed with friends x

breakfast is amazing, staff friendly and helpful,heaps of choice on the menu. We stayed in a room for one night before moving to a villa in the same hotel.the room was a bit stuffy/ mould smell and run down compared to the villa which was spotless and very roomy. We stayed for nepi day it was amazing x

Location great to get around, we had bikes. Staff friendly good english and help book some excursions and restaurants for us. Food is cheap and delicious

Not expensive, but still wouldnt stay there again

Close of shops, food etc. Large room

Room at the front was all glass, blinds couldn't completely stop people looking into the room even when they were closed. No lift to go upstairs to the rooms. Shower towel rail fell off the wall without even being used. No bedside lamps Feels like this used to be hotel office space and was subsequently converted into extra guest rooms. No where in shower to put shower gel, shampoo etc except on the floor.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants of Legian.

Aq-Va is in a great location with the rooms tucked away from the busy street. so easy to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are always helpful and greet you with a smile. it feels like a home away from home. The size of the studio rooms are great, with space to meet with friends. The breakfast and meals from the restaurant are always of the best quality and very tasty.

Exceptional

BREAKFAST / LOCATION AND OFCOURSE STAFF WERE AMAZING. Rooms were clean.

They do have curtains on a pull string which was the least of our worries but just a bit of a hassle to open and close when going in and out of the room each time. We did end up just leaving them closed and pulling the whole thing up to squeeze through instead. I think they have guest in the VIP section who may actually live there. There was a small dog who would do his business on the floor and we would always need to avoid standing in it. Another possible guest or person who looked like they lived there would always lounge at the front of his room with Bintang bottles scattered around him. This was consistent for a couple of nights. Just didn't feel safe when having to walk past him especially at night.

Very nice and helpful staff, even exemplary in terms of fulfilling their duties. Room cleaning service very good.

Poor internet, moisture coming out of the air conditioning. Unpleasant smell of water, the facility is suitable for modernization.

Good location & friendly staff

The shower was hot, the bed was a medium to firm feel, the pillows were plush, room was a great size (we had pool side room). The staff were always friendly and helpful. Location was great, within walking distance to all our favourite places. Breakfast choices were fine.

The mold smell was quiet bad, however I've been to places in my own country lately that have had similar issues due to being closed for so long thanks to Covid. We had some dirty/mouldy towels and sheet but they were replaced quickly. The main pool on reception side was to deep to relax in without a floatation device (good for laps though) however there is a smaller pool to chill in.

WOW, can’t wait for our next trip!!!

Wow. it was like home away from home, the private pool topped it off for us, we swam in the morning, evening, really when ever we wanted to. the staff were incredible, would do anything to assist us, thanks for making our holiday so amazing! Also the breakfast is terrific!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. It was a shame more people haven’t returned to Bali yet.

it’s a good reasonable priced hotel and you get your moneys worth

it was clean and staff were friendly and would help you out whenever you needed it.

very little bali traditional food. could barely sleep because it’s right on a busy road, what sold me to come here was the gym and it wasn’t accessible so they should state that on their website. also there is 2 pools they should also tell guests. too many stairs
