The owner kept us fully informed amd was exceedingly helpful in getting us settled in. there were even a few essentials in teh fridge for us. The view was awesome.
The climb up to it, bit steep but the owner came down and helped carry bags etc.

The villa had an excellent view of the harbor, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with well-shaded outdoor seating to stay out of the sun while lounging. AC in the bedroom worked great. The manager, Calvin was very friendly and attentive and had pre-stocked some essentials (milk, tea, juice, bottled water) for us when we arrived.
Nothing really - mosquitoes were the only annoyance and there is no fix for that (and they weren't too bad).

The property was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The manager Calvin made our stay extra special. He was very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Perfect location with beautiful views of the harbour.

Villa Touloulou has thought of every little amenity to make a stay enjoyable. There are coffee and filters provided. Additionally, when you arrive, the fridge is stocked with milk, juice and beer, free of charge. They offer, without asking, beach chairs and towels. They have a laundry room with washer and dryer that is free for the guests.
Everything; kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, was immaculately clean. The kitchen had pans in excellent condition and a good assortment of utensils and appliances, which made simple meal preparation easy.
The bedroom/living room was large and comfortably appointed. We had decks on two sides of our room with amazing views that allowed for outdoor seating out of the sun at any time of day. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark at night. The shower was excellent with good pressure and hot water. Very nice toiletries were provided.
Calvin, the on site manager was extremely responsive. We had rowdy guests upstairs the first two nights and he took care of the issue immediately both times. He sent us information about restaurants, grocery stores and more. He could not have been more helpful.

The dimensions of the villa, and the view from the porch were amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. Absolutely nice staff working there. No problem with bugs. Clean and quite place.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Villa Touloulou. It was just perfect for our needs, and Calvin was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The villa is spacious and has gorgeous views that can be enjoyed from the bedroom and balcony and terrace. There was actually more space than we really needed, but we took advantage of all of the options. We appreciated the small touches in the villa and the care taken to ensure that all of our needs were thought of before we even arrived. Calvin supplied the suite with shampoo and conditioner, and it was nice to have coffee, filters, sugar and even cream ready when we arrived. After the long trip, my husband was happy to find cans of beer already in the fridge! After exploring the area during the day, we were also very thankful to be able to come home to a room with air-conditioning.
The primary focus of our trip was diving, and the villa was in a perfect location for that. We could walk to the dive shop in about 8 minutes. We also walked easily to the town and to Pigeon’s Point Beach. Calvin suggested heading to Shirley Height’s Lookout for their Sunday sunset viewing and steel drum show, and that was a lot of fun. It’s super touristy, but the views are fantastic and the vibe is uplifting and festive. Definitely drive or take a taxi there. We actually walked back to the villa from there, which was a lovely way to enjoy the starry sky on a beautiful clear evening. The road is pitch black for a while, so be sure to have your phones charged to light the way.
We were both very pleased with our choice. It's beautiful, comfortable, and the location was perfect for us.

Of my hundreds of nights at various rentals, never have my expectations been so far exceeded. The view of the bay, the huge patio, the large living space and massive well equipped kitchen, quiet and private environment surrounded by lots of nature, plenty of high quality furnishings (you can tell someone previous lived here and not just another cheaply outfitted flip), on and on. Sound too good to be true? That's what we thought after we arrived. Without question when we return to English Harbour we'll be booking here again!
The only negative here is you will likely need transportation (car rental or call a taxi) to get to restaurants/stores/marina.

They gave us juice, coffee, lots of tea, sugar, creamer, water, plus beer (don't drink). Loved the view off the kitchen that was on the balcony. Loved the decorations and furniture. It was very well appointed. Just felt so good there and want to go back.
The light in the bathroom that came on when entering. We could turn off but it would have been nice to have a lower wattage bulb. The mini split AC had a very bright display that felt like a big nightlight since it lit up the whole room. I had to put a towel on my head to sleep.

let’s start with the hosts Calvin and Christophe who were so welcoming and helpful from our arrival onwards. we stayed on the top floor Penthouse suite, but they showed us around the rest of the property also. Its a stunning villa, with quality furniture fittings and decor. Immaculately presented and clean, with quality toiletries and very kind of them to put some water, beer and milk in the fridge for our arrival. The space is huge, with a great outdoor patio with kitchen dining and seating areas providing superb views of the sunset.
Nothing not to like, though worth noting that the approach track is a bit bumpy so drive it carefully.

A great place for family/ group of friends. the apartment is very nice, with a beautiful and spacious Terrance. I wish I could’ve gone with friends to share the terrance and enjoy breakfasts with an amazing view to the harbour. Calvin the manager was very helpful and kind! thank you Calvin

Villa Touloulou exceeded our expectations in every way. It's perched on a hill with a beautiful view of the harbor, yet very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the harbor area but within easy walking distance. The apartment included everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was available if desired. We especially appreciated the extra touches of comfort after a long day of traveling : a couple of beers and coffee, milk and orange juice for breakfast. Calvin was host extraordinaire!

The view is beyond breathtaking!!! the decor is lovely and really tasteful. Everything was there that we needed plus touches like welcome pack of food provisions in the fridge (so good if you’ve just landed & not had time or energy to find the supermarket) plus a complimentary bottle of bubbles for Christmas was very much appreciated. We had a super time and would recommend to everyone.
Although the beaches are very close - if there was a pool built there one day, it would top it all!

Everything was excellent, well apart from a dodgy Internet connection
Stayed for 4 weeks.and enjoyed the spaciousness of the place. The kitchen area had everything you might need, the terrace was huge with great views over Falmouth Bay and the shower was exceptional.

Overall, it was an incredible stay at this villa and the Property Manager Calvin was extremely accommodating and friendly. As a solo traveler, I appreciated Calvin's attentiveness to his guests and was always available via WhatsApp when I had any questions or needed assistance. The photos didn't do the property justice because in person it was even better. I always felt safe and comfortable. The view from my balcony and patio was absolutely amazing especially during sunset and sunrise. Everything is nearby including a lot of great restaurants and beaches. I would suggest renting a car or budget in about $10 taxi rides to the nearest beaches/bars/restaurants. The only thing I would say is the Wifi was unstable at times, but other than that my stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend.

The villa was beautiful, the view was amazing.
The staff was so friendly and responsive. No wait to check in, I was greatest immediately by Calvin and walked straight to out villa. All transactions don in our room. No waiting in a lobby area.
Cleanliness was top notch. They provided Lysol spray, masks, and OFF spray (to me was very attentive of our needs.) It is with in walking distance from the heart of restaurants, night life, beaches and supermarkets. Easy access to public bus services if you don't feel like walking (mostly in the day).

Then property was very well presented, clean and well appointed. Every gadget and gizmo was available to use and I feel sure that Calvin (our host), would have gone out of his way to find any additional tools if asked for.
Calvin really made us feel welcomed and was readily available to help with any questions or queries we may have had.
This is really a minor niggle but having mosquito nets on the beds would have been practical, as they had a tendency to sneak up on us whilst we slept for their midnight snacks!!

The location and Hospitality offered by Calvin was exceptional. Calvin was thoughtful and helpful we asked him to stock a few items in our fridge and when we arrived everything was there. He recommended Eric as the Taxi Driver we should use. Eric was there every time we needed him. It was perfect. He also recommended a fantastic restaurant in English Harbour. if your staying here try restaurant Calibri.
New Tv remotes would be good. also we suggested brighter light at the desk for working at night. during the day there was plenty of light to work at the desk.

The villa was even more beautiful in person, very well decorated and spacious. We had a lovely view of the English harbour area for every sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable and the villa manager, Calvin, was very helpful - giving us restaurant recommendations and taking us to the local supermarket upon our arrival to grab food shopping (as villa is self catered). Not far from the local eateries, ATM at Nelson Dockyard and supermarket (easier by car but accessible by foot). Would recommend and come back!
