Don’t bother!

The rude & grumpy manager! No customer service! It’s not a trucker stop mate! You are in the hospitality business! Be pleasant to people!

Perfect for my needs in Subiaco as I could walk to all appointments.

Although outer building is older, the room was newly renovated and perfectly clean. Bed and pillow were very comfortable. I enjoyed the having complimentary tea and coffee available in the kitchenette. Great double glazing to prevent road noise penetrating room. After arrival, I was able to walk to all my needs.

Nice location, if you can ignore the issues

The out of hours check-in was straight forward and the room was very clean when we arrived. Good location a 5min walk from some coffee shops for breakfast and across the road from the park

The room was dated, there has clearly been an effort to re-decorate the walls, but the furniture is very old fashioned and shows a lot of wear and tear. But more importantly when relaxing in the room in the evening, somewhere around 9pm there was a huge noise going on for a few mins, we honestly thought something serious was happening either downstairs or next door, we even went out to look but nothing obvious. After this we let it go, but then on the second night the same thing! About 9:30pm the loud noise again, but this time it went on for much longer, it definitely came from something mechanical within the building such as the plumbing system (can't think what else it could have been) but there was no way to sleep through it. Once it stopped we had no issues with noise, but it is not an acceptable noise at that time of night.

Great stay

The location is great. Very convenient The housekeeping service is great. The room is spotless everything we return to our room.

The bathroom is dated. Parking may be a small issue if you return late. However, there is street parking but you have to move your vehicle as it is not whole day parking - make sure to check the times.

Was very disappointed overall. Especially when it was quite pricey. We chose it mainly for the parking but not worth it

Reception staff are really helpful

It suited our needs and was convenient to the lovely Kings Botanic Gardens. The blinds cut out the noise of the traffic and lights of vehicles passing

The single bed could have been longer - for an adult it was quite small but the main bed was very comfy.

Pleasant stop over during my travels at The Kings Park Motel.

It was over Easter. The lovely bedroom maids left Easter Eggs in the room. I liked the warm shower with good flow because my muscles were tired from sitting in the bus for 24 hours as I had travelled from the NW. The position- opposite Kings Park which was nice place to go bush walking. Lots of families happily enjoying Easter lunch in the Park amongst the wild flowers, the playground equipment and the carved wooden sculptures. The bus stop was close to the front of the Kings Park Motel.

The pool looked attractive but it wasn’t heated. I dipped my toe in but declined to swim. No restaurant but the room was equipped with a micro wave/jug etc and the shops were only a walk away through the pleasant suburb. No ability to negotiate a late check- out!!

Overall a good central location which is value for money.

A great central location making it easy to get to any location. Our room was clean and had enough space to move around in. The pool was a great refresher at the end of a busy day. Also a great place for a long walk being across the road from iconic Kings Park. The premises are a little dated but it is good value for money.

Didn't appreciate the smell from the smokers downstairs.

Adequate for location

Convenient location for our needs. Quiet room and walk-in shower as requested. Decent sized bathroom. Aircon worked well.

Dated fittings around kitchenette and in room in general. Small room with double bed size. Quite cramped.

Location was great. Big room and bathroom. Very clean and tidy.

Not enough car parking. Couldn't have the aircon on at night without a light being on. Room service never gave us more toilet paper.
