Just ok service and location. Good building.

Food was average for such hotel.

Service from staff was hit and miss. At the check-in guy took my card and gave me the room card. No information on restaurant, lift, or any other services or not a single gesture. There was nobody waiting either. Most Staff in the restaurant are untrained young adults.

Comfortable stay with limited services

Food was tasty. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms were not spacious Lounge hours are very limited Room slippers were not of proper size Shower and bathroom fittings were too old Pool is not temperature controlled

Excellent and relaxing.

Property is very much clean, staff is so helpful and polite. Because of it is our first stay in Marriott they gave us complementary break fast. Overall stay was very good and convenient.

Whatever food you order, you need to pay that immediately generally they are sum up tha total value of food and then need to pay.

All in all, not a bad hotel. Just not the average Marriott Renaissance you are looking for.

Breakfast is outstanding. However, when it comes to having an early breakfast, although the hotel claims the breakfast opens at 6:30, there were just two employees with no one to serve. I had to wait for 10 minutes for my chai until 06:50 because the server said they usually don't make it that early.

Customer service is average. Once you call the front desk, it would take between 15-30 min for someone to respond. It happened about 2-3 times during my stay. I did not expect this from a Marriott franchise. It would be nice to use some softer for the laundry. There was no fragrance on them after the service completion.

Great Hotel all over

The hotel itself is nice and comfy, the food is excellent, the buffet is quite impressive, and a lot of choices and delicious 😀.

We came especially for the pool, as we promised our daughter to go swimming, but unfortunately on that day the pool was under maintenance and it was not mentioned anywhere on the website and even when we called nobody informed us that it is closed that day, even we asked for the pool specifically.

Actually in my room booking details there was private room entry but they get me the room which was accessible from two way,with twin bed bedroom.I didn't like that as that was my private celebration with my spouse!
