Perfect location for an adults only stay

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were helpful and didn’t mind that our Spanish wasn’t great, they were very attentive and knew when our transfers were due. They were understanding when we left our keys in the room. Also the room was clean and pleasant, the safe easy to use and bed was very comfortable.

Walking in the hotel was clean and modern. The receptionist was amazing and immediately wowed us all. Great first impression. She even was a great helped when we asked her for some local help a few days later. The bedrooms were clean, modern, light. Shower was amazing and great water pressure. The bed was HUGE and comfy. My partner normally kicks me at night, these were the most peaceful nights sleep I’ve had in a while The rooftop area was the highlight for me, 3 different rooftop pools to enjoy. And the drinks at Avana club were great. My partner and friends were thrilled with the sangria. The breakfast choices were brilliant. Almost too much choice. There’s something for everyone. And it’s well presented and the dining area well maintained. You get a free safe and fridge in your room. Bonus. Nearby night life and food was great. Again something for everyone When we checked out (12pm, great time), we could still use the pool facilities and the gym (partner took advantage), and even provided free lockers to house our bags until we left at 9pm. cash exchange next door also

Downside to the rooms, only thing was makeup ended up on the pillow ( a little bit was obvious) and they just made the bed keeping the dirty pillow case. But eh, it was only me using it again, so wasnt bothered. The pool although heated, was still abit cold, mostly due to us coming in april. So don’t expect it to be a nice relaxing warmth. Shame they close the entire area off at 8, I understand why, but also would have been great to keep the bar and seating open atleast. No parking so had we hired a car for our trip we would have been disappointed but luckily we researched beforehand. Although it is an over 18s hotel, we had a noise complaint at 9pm for music coming from our phones in the rooms. Was not loud, but we still received one, which seemed silly considering where we were.

Excellent and much more than we could have hoped for.

The hotel entrance is very understated but when you get through the front door the feeling and ambiance of the hotel is wonderful and the decoration fixtures and fitting are all beautifully set together. We stayed half board and the meals and presentation, quality and variety was outstanding. The late breakfast to12:00 was an excellent idea which gave you the option of things to do in the morning and not miss out. The pools 4 in total were great and the rooftop area was outstanding with plenty of space and sunbeds. The hotel was spotlessness clean and staff were very helpful and friendly I had requested something special as it was our wedding anniversary and we had a lovely bottle of cava cake and flowers left in the room, and I would have no problem recommending this hotel for your stay.

Incredible hotel for the value paid (april)

Location: few minutes away from the bus station and the beach. Food: Breakfast and dinner had a wide range of delicious food available. Staff: Very friendly and was able to answer all questions Hotel: Very clean, as soon as you come in there is a beautiful refreshing smell

As it's close to the main street, the noise can be a bit loud

great staff. very clean. the common areas were extraordinarily comfortable. there were 4 pools and 2 cocktails bars. towel service. and the breakfasts were to die for.

i liked it all. the only thing that could be better is if it were on the beach. but it's only about a 150 yard walk. it's pretty perfect.

Very good

The room had everything one would need, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was served until 12:00 which was a big plus for my wife who loves to sleep in on a holiday. The breakfast was sensational, something for everyone's taste. The dinner buffet was also great, however I would advise not to book it every night, just to have some variation. The staff was super friendly and could help us with any request.

If you are going to Lloret de Mar you expect it to get loud. However, every single day none stop until 7 A.M. is a challenge to endure. Even with closed windows and our room facing the pool side, away from the streets you could hear the drunk teens. The rooms were cleaned everyday, however using a mop, most of the hairs were just being spread around.

Great hotel, rooftop bar and spa!

Everything was fantastic from the room, to the breakfast and the staff. The spa therapist was also amazing. Roof Top Bar was so good.

Great facilities and outstanding breakfast.

The room had a nice view over the pool as well as balcony and nice AC. it was just 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the party street.although there is no noise in the room. Great facilities , including the rooftop pool with shaded areas and relaxing music and equipped with the bar. Adult only means that you can relax. the Breakfast was excellent , with a high quality products , and wide range of choice including English breakfast , lots of good cheese, fruits and bakery , champagne and chef was cooking pancakes.

you had to wait a long time for an elevator. also just 2 receptionist. Quality of Sangria in the rooftop bar is very low .Other drinks were tasty.

Just awful

The staff were lovely and the roof top bar and pools were cool.

It resembles a prison. Long grey corridors with absolutely no decoration. Tiny bedrooms with no pictures on the walls; just more grey. Dirty grouting in the bathroom. Really depressing.

Great hotel and location. Awesome pool and the best patatas bravas.

The hotel was amazing, the pool areas were great. Absolutely loved the patatas bravas and there is a great selection of food for breakfast.

The staff told us to get out of the dining room at spot on 12pm when the breakfast ends, even though we were still finishing. The cocktails could be served better - the Pina colada was disappointing. There was no decoration like pineapple. I know it's a petty criticism but cocktails aren't cheap and they should at least put some effort into them.
