Buena relación calidad-precio

La habitación estaba muy bien, muy amplia y cómoda. La piscina bien también. El desayuno variado.

Preguntamos si al dejar la habitacion por la mañana podíamos entregar las llaves y quedarnos nosotros un rato más solo en la piscina y nos dijeron que no, algo que nunca nos había pasado en ningún otro hotel.

El personal de animación del hotel y los camarer@s muy buena actitud y atención , comidas ricas pero muy repetitivas a o largo de la semana, respecto a la habitación muy grande y el servicio de todo incluido me gusto bastante, respecto a los coctels, bebidas... en la piscina te daban un baso de plástico duro reutilizable que es una muy buena idea, volvería a repetir el hotel.

Localización, hay que darse un buen paseo para llegar hasta la playa. Uno de los recepcionistas no tenia buen día y era muy pasota, un día le comentamos que a ver si tenia kits dentales y nos respondió con un NO y echándole una mirada extraña a su compañero, horas mas tarde volvimos a preguntar a otra pareja de compañeros y casualidad que estos buscaron un poco en la parte de los armarios que tienen en recepción y les quedaban unos pocos...

Lovely garden and a frendly

Breakfast was very good but the coffee was not good. We didn't go for dinner during our stay but it smelled nice when we were going out. Loved the garden, pool and the Animation for guests

The bathroom didn't have any air vent so after a shower it was foggy. The Tv stations options for an english speaking person not so good.

Nice hotel, good staff, good food, good service.

The staff was very good both before arrival and during our stay. We were on Gran Canarias for golf and all reservations were made for us before arrival by the hotel staff. We opted for a room upgrade that was well worth the extra (10€ per day). We woke up every day day to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean - great way to start your day. Some of the reviews mentioned parking as an issues, but we only had a single night where we did not find a spot in the free parking. We were on half pension and the food was good and included a very nice selection of meat and seafood. Wines were good and reasonable in price for the HP people. Good selection for breakfast with lots of fruit, fresh breads, yogurts, and traditional breakfast selections - eggs, etc. The housekeeping staff was very good. We had the same lady every day and usually Most nights there were free shows for the taking. Good entertainment and a fun side of the stay. We had a couple of massages in the wellness area and that was really good. Highly recommended!

Overall very good but a couple things. As there were over 800 quests the elevators were always in use making a small delay but not overly inconvenient. The dining room staff was very efficient but very noisy at times while clearing dirty dishes. Maybe training would help this. THIS NEXT STATEMENT IS NOT NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL, but about our personal preferences. We would probably not come back because of the sheer numbers of people in the hotel and our desire for a little more privacy. This was my first experience with HP at this level and it was very hectic at times in the dining area. Normally we opt for an apartment with our own breakfast. We prefer to be find and be served for dinner if possible.

Poor

Rooms were nice.

Too noisy. Had to change rooms because of noise from A/C which ran through the entire night The second room was worse. Buses pulling up to front til all hours of the.night as well as A/C from neighbouring hotel. I guess they.give the better rooms to guests that stay longer. Won't be returning.

Much needed winter sunshine!

The staff here are happy, friendly and very helpful, especially the dining room staff who do an amazing job. The pool area was very busy but we always found a space and there are plenty of beds which are kept neatly stacked when not in use. Everywhere was very clean and the maid service was wonderful. The hotel is an easy 5-10 minute walk down to the seafront where there's a nice promenade for long walks.

We did encounter a lot of noise in our room - people in the corridor, coaches arriving in the car park, noisy neighbours etc but it didn't spoil our stay.

Almost Perfect. I'll stay again! Amazing staff!

The staff are very friendly. There are fun activities in the hotel. The hotel is big, bright and modern. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean. The cleaners clean daily and to a high standard. The breakfast buffet is very good, the fry doesnt taste the same like in the UK or Ireland but it's still ok.

The drinks at the bar aren't cheap, but its a very good price for a 4 star hotel. They do an all-inclusive food and drinks promotion. Perhaps I would try that on my next visit. The sauna was not very hot. They need to increase the temperature of that since most of the clientele are from Northern Europe.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. Food is fresh and well presented every day, staff are welcoming and friendly and the general appearance and upkeep is immaculate. Could not find fault at all, will definitely return.

Good location and spacy rooms but reception and quality of rooms should be improved.

The location is good. The entertainment is good, especially the entertainment staff. The room was big with a nice sea view.

The water temperature in the shower was not consistent and the pressure was not good enough. The pool is designed in a way that you do not get the best out of the sun as half of the pool is always under the building's shadow. Reception can not speak well English and it is very bad for a 4-star hotel to not have more language, competent staff.

Gran Canaria Hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Food was good. Great location if you want to get around the island as there was a bus stop, that would take you to lots of places, outside the hotel. Entertainment was very good.

The hotel was too big for us with the area around the pools very full. The restaurant was also crowded. Not the fault of the hotel just our personal preference.

Perfect relaxing stay

The wellness area was great, perfect for relaxing. The activities offered looked good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to do any of them. Food was good as well with plenty of options to choose from.

Very enjoyable and relaxing with a lovely clean and friendly hotel

Food was good. Something for everyone. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were on 6th floor and there was no problem with the lifts. Staff always very friendly and helpful

The sunbed situation. On our first day there were non left at all. After that there were always a lot of beds with towels on but you could get a bed any time of day.

Great central location, ideal for short or long stay with good transport and ideal for great beaches

Comfortable room with safe, fridge and single beds. Good entertainment during evening. Excellent breakfast. Great location with excellent nearby bus stops.

Could have been more variety at evening meal. Quite a lot of the same over a two week stay.

Relaxing break in a great location

Friendly and welcoming. Felt secure from the whole time, especially when challenged to enter the luggage room prior to being able to check in, it showed the staff really did care about security. Room was a good size and had all facilities as you would expect. Bed was huge and super comfy! Breakfast was always tasty. Pool area kept clean and plenty of beds to sun bathe on. Spa was beautiful and so relaxing.

Cleaners were always knocking on our room at 8am, and when on holiday this isn't really ideal. As many have mentioned the lifts could sometimes take ages. This isn't the hotels fault at all, they have even opened the service lift to help this issue. It is people using the lift to go up or down 1 or 2 floors but no way for the hotel to control this.
