Great location

Friendly and helpful staff. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Buffet had a great food selection.

There was one older female staff member at the front desk who gave us an unconscious bias feel (she talked fast, interrupted, and won't listen). Another issue was with room key access, were almost locked out every time we left the room.

Good value for money - however next time would look to be more central to Delhi

Clean Good value for money Good breakfast

The bar next door plays music until 1130pm-12pm on weekends and maybe weekdays too. This noise can be heard into those rooms facing the back which can be disturbing to sleep Location - given the heavy traffic, if you wish to be closer to central Delhi look for places more in the city than the south of city

Rooms were clean

Food was okayish and there was mouse around food lobby. Really wasn’t expecting this today!! Also, i saw hair strand in the idli. Location is little off place.

Остался неприятный осадок от возникшей ситуации

Останавливались на одну ночь. В целом всё устроило но есть одно большое но.....

Мы приехали в гостиницу рано утром. Сначала хотели просто подождать время заселения в лобби отеля, но сотрудник с ресепшена предложил нам раннее заселения с доплатой половины стоимости номера. Так как мы были с ребёнком, и летели в Индию всю ночь, мы согласились. Я оплатил бОльшую часть суммы при заселении. Оплачивал наличными, так российской картой сейчас расплатиться невозможно. Остаток суммы я оплатил когда выезжал из гостиницы. Оплату принимал один и тот же сотрудник отеля. При этом, никаких квитанций мне не выдавали. Почти через три недели после выезда, мне позвонили из гостиницы и сказали что якобы я оплатил не всю сумму. Мне сказали что та сумма которую я оплатил утром при заселении, в гостиницу не поступала. Причём, насколько я понял, звонил тот же сотрудник, которому я дважды передавал деньги. Я не стал повторно оплачивать то, что уже оплатил ранее, и посоветовал им пересмотреть записи с камер видеонаблюдения,на которых, как минимум должно быть видно что я оплачивал счёт дважды. Первый раз при заселении и второй раз при выселении. Остался неприятный осадок от данной ситуации.

Not a good experience

The location as we were just there for a stop over

The reservation services - we booked 2 rooms and upon checking in they just gave us one room and we had to wait for a long time for a second room as and it was late in the night. So they messed up with our reservation. Secondly we booked with them for airport pick up and the car/ driver never showed up. The hotel was clueless about it However the manager Mr. Ramananda was kind enough to make it right and got us a ride back to airport complimentary the next day.

It's great for a budget, meeting friends, just not romantic

Rooms was spacious. Staff very cooperative. They do not bother you with policies and rules. Room itself was clean but the place overall needs long pending renovation and work. Food was okay/good.

It's not a 5 star property. Maybe 3.5 to 4 maximum.

Great Stay

Food was out of this world thanks to chef Yashpal and chef Anil. Huge thanks to Ajay and Parwan, they looked after us throughout our stay and were amazing. Big shout out to Mangmin and Ashutish.

Fun friendly luxury

Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we didn't have time to have breakfast but staff offered for us to take it with us! We also had a very nice dinner and the room was lovely and very comfy. The pool was also nice and cold, a decent size for a few fun laps:) had an amazing time!

Had to double check about our taxi booking. Taxi booking was a small bit late. We were not too concerned.

Très bon petit-déjeuner, personnel attentionné. La meilleure partie de mon séjour.

Bien que j'avais réservé une chambre King, on m’a donné une chambre avec 2 lits simples. Quand je suis retourné à l’accueil on m’en a finalement trouvé une. Tout ça m’a fait perdre 30 minutes à 1:30am alors que je voulais seulement aller me coucher. Les chambres sont correctes sans plus, mais propres. Par contre, le tapis du corridor (du moins au 2e étage) est vieux et sale. Première et fort probablement dernière visite à cet hôtel.

Good for short business stay is good.

Hotel food variety and restaurant menu is excellent. And stuff kind support is great.

There is night entertainment store and it was too noisy at the night until 23:30 time frame.

Bathroom latch was broken and my child can see inside the bathroom when it was occupied

Room was cozy and staff is very attentive. They just need a better manager.

Way below the standard of Hyatt anywhere else. No privacy to eat breakfast or dinner. Breakfast was forced to share a table with a random company group, and dinner had to endure a party that was obstructing the buffet and very noisy, low quality live music. They need more space for guests to eat in peace when there are events. Also, I couldn't exchange USD for INR at the reception.. something that should be a standard considering how the country is dependent on cash and international travelers might need this to take a taxi anywhere or eat. I'm surprised as other hotels with lower star ratings offer this service.
