Location is great being close to airport

For a price you pay they don't have such hospitality. You need to drop off at the security gate far from reception.they dont allow cars ahead and their security staff stops you. You need to scan your bags via scanner by yourself and reach reception. Upon complaining they say that you could have left luggage there "unattended" and someone from staff could bring it For the price, room was just okay. Movenpick, PC and Avari are much better options if one can stay in Saddar area

nice decor and air conditioned

cockroaches, old used towels, no shampoo in room have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for any request that too if you keep calling them if not they will not do anything for the whole day.

Breakfast was a normal but when things finished, not topped up properly. Air conditioning system in the room was too old and noisy. Location is OK

Alot of things, extremely lazy attitude of the staff. I have stayed dozens of times here and this was after a long time but extremely disappointing. I have reservation again in may along with several otber colleagues but I am definately going to cancel it now.
