Nice, refreshing, tranquil.

Location is nice, didn’t have breakfast. Wouldn’t mind buying one of the apartments.

The beds are average, mind you I’m used to quality beds.

Not a bad hotel, but doesn't live up to the ad

Clean; Excellent housekeeping services; Central location; Secure entry to building; Generous toiletries; Gabriela at the front desk is a treasure- polite, friendly, bent over backwards to help. The main light in our room didn't work on arrival - Gabriela brought us an extra lamp right away and sent someone to replace the bulb the next morning.

Overpriced. 'Fitness centre' - Three pieces of single-user equipment in a tiny room. Nothing else. Quite disappointing. Breakfast 'included' - Vouchers for a cafe in the village. Food and service at the cafe was great, but not terribly convenient for people expecting to grab a quick breakfast before getting on with their day. Parking - We booked 5 months in advance, were asked at the time if we required parking and were told in writing that our 'parking arrangements had been noted'. We then rang two days before arriving to check there would be parking and were told there would be and we would be charged 25 dollars per night as per the price advertised at time of booking. We arrived to be told there was no parking left and were given a pass to park in front of the lobby. On our second night, we arrived to find all lobby parking spots were taken, so we parked in the village several blocks away. We emailed the front desk and were told by Gabriela the next morning that a spot would saved for us that night. We arrived 10 minutes after the arranged time to find all spots taken, including a vehicle without a pass. We rang the night manager as Gabriela had told us to, and he told us - rather rudely and with no concern whatsoever - there was nothing to be done. Very disappointing as we had a rental vehicle and had taken care to book accommodation that included onsite parking and were given reason to believe on three separate occasions that it would be provided. When we spoke to the owner upon checking out, he was dismissive and made no apology. All in all, it's a decent 3-star hotel that's done the absolute minimum to tick the boxes for a 4-star rating - and charge a 4-star price.

Close to local facilities, easy to get on public transport. Close to university so plenty of cafes, restaurants open to use. Very green area which was clean and quiet.

GOOD ROOM COMFY BED, GOOD SECURITY, FABULOUS STAFF VERY HELPFUL, PROVIDED ME WITH A SLOT FOR MY BIKE, VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

ONLY THE INABILITY TO GET FRESH AIR INTO THE ROOM? THE A/C UNIT COULD NOT GET ENOUGH INTO THE ROOM AND FAILED TO GET COOL ENOUGH?

Easy place to stay when working in Brisbane.

Great space, laundry in room a bonus. Bed comfortable. Kitchen suitable for a quick visit. Restaraunts within walking distance.

Fabulous!

Location was fabulous for QUT. Staff were simply attentive & caring. Windows in room could open so excellent ventilation. I will be back!

Not up to the standard of previous Quest stays.

Close to family

No alternative to expensive paid parking. No service on second day. First apartment allocated had fishy smell necessitating shifting to another.
