Zu Gast bei Freunden

Die Lage ist fantastisch in der Altstadt, aber ein bisschen zurückgesetzt, so dass man mittendrin ist, aber nicht den Trubel hat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt es an nichts missen. Die Betreiber sind superfreundlich und haben mich zum Essen eingeladen.

The beautiful family of Achmed, Amina, Yousef and Somaya. The beautiful work of the riad. The location. The breakfast.

The host and his family were great. He took us everywhere and really helped us learn a lot about the town. We ran into him at a restaurant and he invited us to his table and 5 hours just flew by. I really felt liike we got to truly see what Chefchaouen was like and to know the town so well because of our host.

As others have said the room is a little tight but the bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and everything was provided for us. The price more than makes up for the smallness of the room.

This riad is kept by the family and it is clear that they do it with love) everything is great here, starting from the responsive owners and ending with the rooms themselves. The riad itself is located on an elevation and has two beautiful verandas, from which it is great to meet the sunrise. I am very glad that I found this place and I definitely recommend it!

The place to stay in Chefchaouen

The owners Ahmed and Amina are fantastic. very accommodating and go beyond being good hosts. The location is excellent, there are steps but that’s Morocco. The fresh Moroccan Breakfast is wonderful. Fresh eggs fresh homemade bread homemade jams. Good coffee. The room is on the small side but comfortable and CLEAN. Great views from one of two terraces. We recommend this place

Very romantic place. Host of great gentleness, gorgeous breakfast

Too small the room and the bed as well. you will have to walk for a while through the souk to reach the hotel but it will be very easy to get some help from the locals to carry your luggage for the equivalent of a euro.

Ahmad and Amina were very service oriented and helpful. Beautully designed, Moroccan style place wuth great viwes grom the teerace.

Beautiful blue house on blue steps

Very nice and warm family hotel with beautiful appearance. Have wonderful mountain view on the terrace. The owner and his wife were very hospitable. The rooms are tidy and comfortable enough.

Located in the center of the blue old town, very stylish and comfortable, the host Amina is an excellent host and guide about the town; the rooms are spacious and well designed, the bed is good, the bathroom is roomy and hot; breakfast was awesome! Overall, great stay!

The bathroom was fairly fresh in December, which is to be expected, though)) Otherwise, it was excellent!

Great location, great rooftop!

Three things are great: amazing rooftop Terrance for sunrise or sunset. Great location at top of the Medina (get a taxi to drop you above the place and walk down 5 mins) and excellent value for money. (Much nicer than some other more expensive places we stayed in Morocco).

Dar Aldea - Chefchaouen- magical

Dar Aldea was the most gorgeous Riad that we stayed in Morocco. The owners are beautiful are welcoming. . The evening we arrived the owner took us around Chefchaouen and showed us the sights. This was fantastic, as the streets are winding and confusing however by the next day we were able to navigate ourselves around. The roof top is so relaxing we wished we had a couple of days to stay and take in the atmosphere of Chefchaouen. We had breakfast on the rooftop all cooked by the owner as well. We were in heaven. If you are looking for a personalised Morroccan experience you can't go past Dar Aldea.

to many stairs to reach the riad. if you have an old person with you or someone who uses wheelchair this is not a place for your stay.. otherwise everything was perfect 👍🏻

Interior is breathtaking

The manger (Ameena) was amazing and fulfilled our needs.

Unfortunately, no water is available in the toilets from 11 p.m. till 7 a.m.

Strongly recommend it!

The Riad is in a perfect location, right above the most picture spot. The room and the entire building are very clean and beautifully decorated. The host couples are very nice and willing to help. And we love the tea and breakfast Amina made for us. We stayed one night and strongly recommend it!
