Very disappointed! Swimming pool times not accurate!

The view from the room was exceptional

The swimming pool closes at 6 pm if you want to swim. But in the website it states closes at 11. It is VERY disappointing the fact that you start the check in at 3 pm (considering the queue) and you close the pool that early! I have specifically booked this hotel for the facility which i wasn't able to use. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with that! You should state it in your website. Nevere going back to this property.

Conociendo Santo Domingo por primera vez

La vista es magnifica, estabamos en el piso 18 teniamos vista directa y unica al mar.. nos encanto.

Era nuestra aprimera vez en santo domingo y pensamos que estaba mas cerca del casco colonial... lo mejor es alquilar un coche. En la calles cercanas, No teniamos muchas opciones de comida, asi que debes tomar un taxi o alquilar un carro

Top Lage, inspirierender Ausblick, alt aber gut in Schuss!

Das Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich wohl und sicher. Beeindruckende Aussicht von den Zimmern und vom Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, es fehlt nichts!

Man schläft gut aber leider sind die Fenster nicht dicht und dementsprechend hört man etwas Straßenlärm. Im Bad findet man keine Amenities. Wenn man im Abendrestaurant etwas beanstandet oder reklamiert (wie in unserem Fall die Rechnung war falsch ausgestellt) wird es widerwillig gemacht, danach wurden wir unfreundlich behandelt und ignoriert.

Comodo, bonito pero caro

El servicio ha sido muy bueno. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a servirnos en todo

Los problemas encontrados. Solicite un servicio 3 dias antes pero al responderme dos dias despues no me lo pudieron dar, la habitacion no iba muy bien el agua caliente y las camas estaban separadas. Nos cambiaron a otra que no era igual (no tenia el luno de la anterior), con peores vistas pero al me os la cama si era grande.

Tres surpris par l episode de l eau

Je viens dans cet hotel depuis 24 ans et j y ai toujours mis les meilleurs commentaires Je suis surpris ajour d'Hui 29 octobre Ils ont remplaces beaucoup des employés qui était la depuis de tres nombreuses années J étais habitues a un traitement agréable de la part de ceux ci Ce soir je me réveille a 4heure du matin et n ayant pas d eau potable car on ne bois pas l eau du robinet dans ce pays Je me retrouve en face a un réceptionniste qui m annonce qu' il ne peut pas me donner d eau que celle ci est mise une fois par jour 1 litre ???????Je lui réponds que c est tres bizarre que j ai jamais vu ca en 25 ans il me réponds que lui non plus ne m as jamais vu normal il est nouveaux dans la boutique Donc je lui expliquent que ma réservation est prolonger et que je veux qu' il me donne ma Ration d eau journalière Il me reponds ue non et me fais payer casi 9us pour une bouteille d eau Les temps changent le catalonia aussi

Second time to stay in this hotel wasnt nice.. I asked many times to change

Very bad energy in room. Very noisy air conditioner. Breakfast is not included. Separately for 2 person 48 USD and to get coffee you have to wait and ask many times. Room door was broken and somebody came at night and shook the door and in the morning last details were hanging. I asked 3 times to change room. They promised to ask manager and call back. Nobody made call. 4th time I got new room and atrer 5 days finally got to sleep. I changed hotel because all of that and never go back

The hotel is in a good location with beautiful views and you can go for a nicwalk along the Malecon.

The view of the ocean is amazing. Breakfast was a bit pricy, but the restaurants were gorgeous with amazing views. The pool was great with delicious food offered and amazing view of the ocean.

The room was a bit outdated and the beds were small

There is a beautiful lobby, a pool with bar and 24/7 room service with great food. The view is beautiful.

The rooms are very outdated.

Old wallpaper in room, rust in bathroom, constant room checks by staff, ice machine not working and slow response to deliver ice to room via room service. Timelines of lost & found inquiry.

Location, hotel room view.

Air conditioner make a lot of noise and didn't keep room cool. They keep a little refrigerator locked and you need to call someone to open just to have access to a chocolate bar etc. I had a credit card open for any other changes,so why keep that little refrigerator locked 🔒? No ice machine, you need to request it also,ugh to many inconvenience for all the money i paid, water also was cold,i have to shower with cold water because no hot water available.

Cool view but pool under construction

Room was cosy, comfortable and with a beautiful view to the sea.

While I was there the pool area was under construction so I couldn’t use the pool. I couldn’t use the bar because there was kind of a conference. I did not like all of these issues at all, so I wont be coming back. Also parking is not included, its around 5 USD

View of the ocean, even though there was a red tide in the ocean was not pretty this time of year. Had the best breakfast bar of any hotel I’ve ever been to!

Poor air conditioning. I had to change rooms three times just to get an air conditioner that worked. refrigerator only cooled to lukewarm. Extremely expensive restaurant the cheeseburger cost $19 US!!!! There was nothing around the hotel to do. No shops,no restaurants, nothing but heavy, heavy traffic.

Bar and restrooms at the pool area are under remodeling.

The service from the staff was really good. At the pool there were only one guy but he was really good. At the Breakfast restaurant, they were really nice, to me an my family. That food was good too.

Fist of all. In booking.com the property never says that they were remodeling the bar and restrooms at the pool area. So You get to the pool and all you see is all the right side of the pool covered with a big sign telling that they are remodeling. Only one staff serving at the pool. And the dude was awesome, I mean, he could do it all. But of course he was overwhelmed with the orders. Lastly after I knew that they were remodeling, I wanted to cancel the reservation but by phone they said that I had to contact booking.com which I did, but booking told me that they wrote the property but the property never responded. So had to live with it even thou I didn't know at front. The rooms were a little bit more older from what I expected for the price that they charge. Including the fact that they were remodeling parts at the pool. That alone should bring the price a little bit down. There are hotels a bit older then this and they have better furniture. And the pillows lose al the air the second you touch it.
