房間實在太小了

地點超優的平價商務旅館，從京城電鐵上野站出來一分鐘即可抵達。入住前後皆可寄放行李。上野滿是餐廳，吃飯選擇也很多。

雙人房真的非常小，如果是一人住宿就很舒服。這裡適合整天都在外逛街的旅人

Very friendly staff and excellent location. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfy.

京野上野站池之端出口斜對面，超近，超方便。飯店早餐可口環境溫馨。

床太軟，只有暖氣，沒有冷氣。房間抽屜會自動滑出，掛衣勾斷掉只剩一支可用，

I have requested for higher floor during booking but was given a 3 floor room.

It is just opposite the skyliner. Makes going to the airport easier

The cleanliness. The first room we've checked in has a nauseating stench in the toilet. It was so overwhelming that you can't believe that the housekeeping will miss it. So that means their cleanliness is highly questionable which is disgraceful for Japan's impeccable hygiene standard. The second room has stains on the notice board, curtain and they did not fold the toilet paper - another few indication about the hygiene. But the reception staff are great. They did try to accomodate to my changes but housekeeping is really a let down.

The location! The staff🤗! The price! EVERYTHING! I will recommend and stay again! Super close to Tokyo Metro Lines and JR Lines. Convenient and grocery stores as well as well known tourist spots are a walking distance away. The staff is very professional and some can speak English. The services this property office is basic and convenient. My room is perfect. I don't ask for much because I'm out sighting seeing. The cleaning staff are great and I appreciate their hard work and courtesy. The price value and service is reasonable . I am a repeat customer to this property. I would recommend this property to anyone who asks.

A/C heater instruction in Japanese. Im not fluent so it was kind of hard to interpret. I hope instructions can be printed in different languages.

Easy access from airport using Keisei skyliner, Ueno station and park close by

No foyer seating.

Location is perfect, Ueno has so many places to visit and it’s so near to subway station (many lines) hence easy to visit out of Ueno too. Price is affordable too.

The room is small but for Tokyo it’s common. At least it’s comfortably small, not to tiny (for Asian people)

I hope the room can be ventilated frequently

The room is small, wifi is poor, the pillow is so flat, the mattress is soft, I haven’t had a good sleep in these nights. Just 2 bottles of water supply at the first day check in only, but they won’t told you when you check in. The service is bad, I asked for a late check out on the last night of the stay and the staff said is ok we can check out at 2:00pm next day, so we plan to pack our luggage on next day, but on the next day morning at 10:00am, they called and said we need to check out now, and I explained I already asked last night, but the girl said “no, you need to check out now, otherwise you need to pay 4000yen” then I said I won’t pay because this is not my mistake and nobody told me we need to pay for late check out! The girl pass the phone to another man, and I said this is not my fault, and I won’t pay but I can check out at 12:00pm, then the man roar very loudly said “No, you need to pay you need to pay, you need to pay” then I hang up the phone! Finally I check out at 11:00am, and the man explained that this is a special case………….you don’t need to pay now!!!!!!!!! What does this explanation mean??????? What special case????? And I saw so many people check out at 11:00am and they also no need to pay, what is the different between us? Why? I think this is not the problem about the money, this is about your service your communication and so impolite! I thought Japan is a country of etiquette, but now is not……!!!! This is the worst experience i’ve ever been.

The duvet is dirty, wondering if it got changed or not? The pillows covers are dirty also, there are some stain Room is too small and the room design is not smart, took up too many spaces Irrelevant items that make room packed

The location is fantastic!! I only took 10 seconds walk to the station. It was brilliant!!

The room was too small for two people! I didn’t really sleep as I did not sleep well because the double bed was way too small. We can’t open our luggage as the room is too small so we went down to the lobby to pack our things.
