el cuarto olía mal, nunca arreglaron el teléfono, servicio muy malo, está cerca de antros por lo que en la noche es muy ruidoso

Everything was taken care of for us, we just relaxed & enjoyed our time in PDC.

This is our 3rd time staying there. The staff are #1, especially Xavier at the front door....we love that guy :D It's very clean, rooms are comfortable & nice size.

The internet was very weak this time around. Not sure why.....it was not the first 2 times we stayed.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful. AC worked well

WiFi was completely unusable on the room, when working I did a speed test and it was 200 KB :( Room was small and unpractical, didn’t have a place to hang clothes. With the high temperatures not having a small fridge was a big issue for us.

Easy, calm, relaxing, peaceful.

The view was fabulous, tranquility, the room was great for two and our pup, treats for him was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing, what a way to start the day! The self checkin with our name outside the room was easy. Overall great experience, very happy and will be considered again for sure. Thank you!

Self checkin was easy, however it would have been nice if I had known beforehand which room was ours, we found it “by accident”. Besides that, all good.

Pictures online lying. The rooftop is not as photos!!

good beds, location, friendly staff and taxi drivers. cleaning service great internet great connection.

bathroom door was broken and made a horrible noise, told the staff, nothing got fixed even when they came to look at it. there was no beds and pillows on the rooftop like the photos online and on booking.com. Not a single pillow on the sunbeds or umbrellas. My back was ruined after 10 minutes on the sunbed all cocktails were discusting, ended up not staying much in the roof beacuse of this. All the bartenders were pretty much useless. The rooftop closed early and we all got kicked out, Even if we were just chilling on the chairs. Rooftop bartenders could be gone for more than one hour the bed pillows was so bad I slept 9 days with nothing. Asked staff for softer pillows But they all were so hard. 2 different ones was all they had. Slow comnunication, messaged many times on booking and never got a reply the balcony was so small We could not use it. only had one chair. swimming pool tiles was starting to fade, need remodelling. floor at the rooftop was broken several places and can be dangerous. breakfast was ok, overeated on reviews. ended up have breakfast outside everyday.

Staff, front desk and Javier did an incredible job making us feel welcomed.

The loud music till 3am. Pool facilities could upgrade with a railing to hold onto, especially for elder/disabled.

Good Hotel and great position. Recommended.

Hotel is clean. Position is perfect. Swimming pool and bar on the roof, fabulous. Food: I had no breakfast so I can’t evaluate it Staff: Super Friendly and helpful.

What I have paid is a bit high compare to other hotels in the same area, especially without breakfast! I would like to mention only a negative feedback about the staff at the main bar, close to the reception. They should smile more and be more friendly with friendly guests.

The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful and the pool is amazing

There wasn't a refrigerator in the room and u find it a basic thing to have in hotels and wh2n we asked why we don't have chairs in the porch they said it's bc we took the standard room while everyone had chairs u could see it from outside of the building

one of our 7rooms had smell from bathroom drain….on 3 occasions just told to keep drain covered with towel🥵

A good choice. Value for money.

Have chosen it several times while in Playa. Convinient location. A block from the 5th Ave snd a short stroll to beach front clubs. Its a mexican chain very similar to good value for money hotel chains in the US. I will return again!

I would never stay at this hotel again as facilities are all in poor condition.

While the hotel was beautiful when it opened, the facility has not replaced furniture and equipment over the years. The pool decking was falling apart and dangerous for patrons and the pool was dirty. The lounge chairs at the pools were in terrible condition. Furthermore, none of facility information was consistent. For example, one lobby sign said the pool closed at 2300 while a set of written information said 2200. The same was true for the gym. The hot water in the showers was warm at best. Management at this hotel needs to be replaced as the hotel is being poorly run.

Good hotel for a short time

I liked the rooftop pool the have. We enjoyed a nice evening up there.

I didn’t like that when you exit your room and there is no one there, the air conditioning turns off and when you come back the room is very hot, especially if you are assigned a room that faces sunset

Exceptional

This was our second time in this hotel and, once again, we thouroughly enjoyed it. Its location is perfect, right next to Quinta Avenida and all its restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable. We really enjoy the rooftop pool. We highly recommend this hotel when staying in Playa del Carmen!

Great stay, very nice staff

Exceptional hospitality at Fiesta Inn. Infinity pool is open early morning to late night. Rooms are kept clean.

The main infinity pool was under maintenance. Loud music playing next door most hours, but couldn't hear it in the room at least.
