Nothing! Great stay.

Front greeter gentleman staff, service desk staff, cleaning staff, engineer staff exceed expectations with their willingness to help and how friendly they were. Staff service was the highlight of our stay. Location was one of the best and value for what you pay. Definitely bang for your buck and complimentary bar was a bonus. Very awesome stay. Keep up the exceptional service and work!

Fitness center appeared small and congested. Also wished there was a microwave and would have wanted a bigger fridge.

Perfect location. Staff is well versed in english. Very clean room. Housekeeping is excellent. Many food options inside and outside the hotel.

Some taxi drivers don’t know where the hotel is.

El personal y el servicio es excepcional. Sin duda el mejor hotel en el que estuvios en nuestro viaje (también el más caro, pero merece la pena)

La calle en la que está es bastante bulliciosa pero el hotel está perfectamente insonorizado.

Location couldn’t be better! The staff is amazing. Welcoming, kind, and the small attention are here to make you very comfortable during your stay! The rooms are modern, clean, well decorated and spacious!

Outstanding staff! Went above and beyond to help us with logistics including forwarding luggage and buying train tickets. They provide popcorn to guests! Nespresso coffee in the room was great.

The rooms directly face another building so there is NO sunlight ever. Also, the AC can be finicky. If put on the wrong setting it creates a lot of noise. And location is good if you want to be in the heart (and I mean heart) of the action. But it was a little too busy for my taste.

Disappointed with the breakfast options especially having to pay extra. It was more a lunch/dinner buffet, with the same offerings daily. Only breakfast items were eggs to order, limited hash browns and some white toast. Espresso was good. Very limited fresh fruit.

View from the room was to an unattractive rooftop, but that was facing the less noisy part away from the street restaurants below.

Everyone of their staff who attended to us was friendly and helpful. The booking communication was efficient and clear. The staff remembered my transport request to Everland and reminded me when I check in.

The rooms were not spacious and I specially dislike the curtains that cannot be fully drawn for privacy when using the toilet. The night before we check out, the toilet exhaust fan was making noises. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The Din Tai Feng restuarant at level 2 of the building has the best service culture we had encountered in both our Seoul trips.

Conveniently located in the heart of Myeongdong. Very clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff.

Perhaps have check in desks on the first floor and chargers on both bed sides.

Beautiful boutique feel, themed hotel. Room was beautiful with plenty of thoughtful details throughout. Stand alone bath, separate shower room and loo. Bath robes, soft fluffy towels, slippers. Different electrical outlets in the room ( from UK this was a bonus). Modern and fresh. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic with Korean BBQ, Chicken and seafood street restaurants opposite. Night market just around the corner. You are right in Myeongdong. Made our stay in Seoul even more memorable.

The service was very good. Staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Location is excellent. It is walking distance to everywhere and in between line 2 and line 1 subway line. It is also right smack in the middle of the myeongdong food and shopping street. Could not have asked for a better location. Minibar is free. Yeah! Will definitely stay here in my next visit to Seoul.

The Aircon was rather noisy and there was condensation dripping from the ventilation in the toilet.

Helpful staff who are always polite and prompt in assistance such as meeting requests for additional pillows, laundry service and guiding booked cab driver who got confused in finding Hotel28.

The rooftop was poorly maintained. It is a nice area but had not been cleaned or tidied in a while, and was being used as a dumping area for discarded items. A small amount of time & effort to clean & tidy this space would create a nice breakout area with a nice view.

Close to food and shopping , easy to get around. We specify a quiet room so we don’t get the noises from the restaurants opposite the hotel .

The room is a bit dark , especially near the wash area . Difficult for ladies who need light to make up.

Hotel28 Myeongdong has the best location! Only a mere 4-5 minutes walk to Euljiro (1) subway station (exit 5 has elevator) and also situated right in Myeongdong with many eateries and shops nearby. Hotel28 is also very well maintained and has a very nice ambience. And most importantly, the immaculate service from all the staff! Especially kudos to the young gentleman who served us during our check-in on 9 May 2023 at 11 am and our checkout again on 16 May 2023 at 11.30 am. My sincere apologies for not noting your name but many thanks to you for the wonderful service you rendered! Hotel28 is and will be our only choice for all our future Seoul trips ! ☺️

Very comfortable room in a very convenient location. It is a little loud due to restaurants that are right outside. They provide earplugs but that wasn't an issue for us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff were incredible. They really take hospitality to the next next level. Room was spacious and comfortable, had everything one needs.

how close it was to all the food vendors and shops

The Breakfast buffet didn’t really seem that great it but was overall a great option to have since it seemed like most places open around 10am

it’s very near to minimart, myeondong food street and all the shopping areas. they even have discounts for abc markets and dingtaifung. if only they are able to partner with JD sports for discount vouchers too!

the water from the bathtub is not drained efficiently and will leak into the rooms if not properly taken care of

Good location. The staff was welcoming and the complimentary drink and snack were appreciated.

Could hear a bit of street noise at night, but that's to be expected in the area.

Great location, 3-min walk from MRT, clean room with a bathtub, friendly staff and nice hotel decor.

The drain in the shower was a bit blocked so caused a mild flooding.
