Location and property was clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable

Not a lot of space for luggage

The location is unbeatable. The apartment offers superb view of the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. It is right along Beach Street which is at the very centre of town. Cafes, shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk.

I didnt mind the stairs leading to the apartment but it is a quite challenging if you are checking in/out with a heavy luggage.. we also came for the winter season and would have been nice if the toilet had a heater so its not cold after a hot shower, and a heater in the balcony so we could have used the table outside. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay but the building manager was quick to reply to our concerns.

Location location location!!! it is right in the Main Street of Queenstown. we were able to walk everywhere. it was a well looked after cosy apartment. the money is worth it. my daughter said this was her favourite place. The lake was right out the back entrance.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the stairs. it’s difficult with suitcases. Upon request you can get a parking space across the road in the parking station but it’s too far to carry everything. You are able to park out the front as long as someone stays with the car to unload. it’s a bit awkward. However saying this it is worth it. such a great location 😁

Absolutely fell in love with the view from our balcony it was breath taking literally can sit out there all day and not get bored .will definitely keep this place in mind next time we go to Queenstown if we had the funds

Was in a great location and perfect for our group. The home owners were lovely and on call when needed.

The apartment was well located close the the lake. It had 2 good sized bedrooms and the kitchen and bathroom had all the facilities needed. There was an outside patio deck- we were on the street side and it looked over the street. Parking was in the car park which was accessed across the road - (to drive to it meant going around onto a different road). Everything in town was accessible on foot so we didn't use the car while we were there. There were some great restaurants close by.

There are stairs up to the apartments and no lift. With heavy cases it was challenging to access.

Excellent location, great communication from hosts, comfy beds.

Skylight in 2nd bedroom made it difficult for our children to fall asleep as the sun doesn't set until 10pm in the summer and its up again at 5.30am so they woke early. Walls are very thin so we could easily hear the neighbours. Cleanliness was well below our standards. Overall it was very expensive for what it is.

Host Carolyn was easy to contact and very helpful with suggestions. Check in and check out was easy. Parking available in paid car park across the road. Location is very central and close to all amenities and attractions in Queenstown CBD. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and laundry.

No lift at the entrance for luggage. Got hot during the day which was helped by air conditioning in lounge/kitchen and fans for the bedrooms.

Superb location. Right at the heart of town. Excellent place to great food places. Kitchen is very well equipped. One of the best if not the best apartments I have been to during this trip. My family really loves this place!!!

Water pressure is slightly on the low side. The sofa quite badly stained n the sheets/quilts are dirty.

Apartment was a bit tired and could use updating. The noise from the AC in the restaurant / hotel next to our bedroom was so loud during the night.

We've been to Queenstown so many times & have tried different accommodations. This, by far, was the saddest check out. We just wanted to stay there forever! Best location!

we loved our accomodation cause it was close to everything, it was super clean and fresh. everything was of high quality from bedding to tvs to kitchen utensils. it had everything like the comfort of your own home. It was beautiful Plus a personal touch from the hosts as a surprise. Very thoughtful Hosts x thank you

we liked the clean and modern touch to the property. all the equipment was easy to use and modern. we loved the location and view.

stairs to get up and down with our luggage was a bit of a struggle. the steps to the deck were steep and kinda dangerous if you had kids.

It was amazing value, perfectly located, immaculately clean and had the best views. A perfect oasis right in the centre of everything.

That my stay came to an end.

Location was amazing! Walking distance to everything in queenstown. Definitely don't need a rental car if you're staying here! Apartment was super lovely! Perfect for our stay. Facilities were awesome! Rooms are a nice decent size. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice balcony. Not noisy considering how close you are to everything which was cool! Back entry/exit is right by the lake front area!

The location cannot be more central! Almost everything is within a walking distance. The room also comes with a decent size balcony. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

It's quite loud at night. It's on the second floor but no elevator for the disabled. The mugs and glass in the cupboards are also not clean.

The location of Heart of Queenstown Units is amazing! Great restaurants, shopping etc is all on your doorstep. We also like all the little extras that we didn't have to go and buy like washing liquid, glad wrap, salt and pepper etc

We locked ourselves out of our room and could not get hold of anyone and really didnt know what to do but managed to convince the occupants in the unit next to us to access their balcony so we could enter our unit. Not really a big drama as it was our mistake.

Location is perfect which close to everything. Staffs pre-organised very well for useful information to us. Reasonable price for it. Highly recommended.
