Will stay again

I have stayed here and other hotels in West End before, this one is my favourite in this price category. Perfect location to all the bars, restaurants and the beach yet surprisingly quiet. The staff are very nice and helpful. Comfy beds, fridge in the room. They provide free beach chairs on request.

The breakfast menu could be a bit more varies for longer stays but it is not a deal breaker and I will definitely stay there again.

Quality experience at a centrally located hotel for a great value

The staff were excellent—very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and had all you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is right off the beach and it’s easy to get a spot, especially when the staff will help you set up chairs and an umbrella that are free to rent. Free breakfast at the Crazy Bean restaurant next door is awesome. Many delicious options to choose from for breakfast and they also offer excellent rum cake and other treats. Service was always prompt and friendly. I would 10/10 stay here again and recommend to others for the value, quality, service, and location.

Wi-fi service could use some updates in terms of access.

Good place to stay in West End

Spacious room. Good breakfast. Free use of beach chairs. Friendly and helpful guard at front door.

They are constructing new rooms right next to ours, so there was some noise during the day, but it didn't bother us too much.

One of the best location on the island, excellent restaurants with many choices.

Very good breakfast, excellent smoothies and coffee. The hotel is nice, clean, all employees perfect, pleasant and helping. Close to all restaurants and shops, close to beach. Everybody speaks very good english.

Next to the hotel is builded a new house. Its good to expect the noise. We were traveling around the island and not stayed at the hotel during the day so we were ok, but somebody can be disappointed.

Excellent location. Good Quality.

Breakfast was good but staff was totally overwhelmed with filling orders for outside customers along with the hotel guests orders. Its a very popular breakfast destination. Unfortunately a few items from some of my orders never made it to the table. One day I never even got service and had to go somewhere else in order to make it to my boat in time for my dive. Aside from these minor inconveniences the staff is very helpful and I enjoyed my food and coffee.

The apartment was nice and had plenty of room. Our A/C went out although it was serviced that day. The TV in the living room didnt work. There was only a safe in one bedroom. Had a coffee maker in the kitchen but would've been nice if they provided some coffee for it.

Hidden Gem in Paradise!

Amazing location, amenities and staff! Right on Half-Moon bay and 20 feet from the beach, Mr. Tucan is a gem. My parents and I went to Roatan to celebrate American Thanksgiving and it exceeded our expectations. Ms. Rose and the rest of the staff at the hotel and attached restaurant were wonderful and meet all of our requests. The hotel itself is beautiful, secure, and safe. It's quiet but an extremely short stroll to shops, food, and the nightlife. Avoid the cruise ship crowds and relax in paradise!

Sadly, the gift shop was being remodeled so the beautiful masks they had on display weren't readily available...but it gives me another reason to return!

Perfect location across from the beach

Great location on the main street, directly opposite the beach. I walked out of the hotel, crossed the street and was snorkeling within a minute! Many restaurants and bars are in easy walking distance. The quality of the breakfast was good, in the cafe next door, although you don’t get the same serving as on the menu. Airport pick up worked well and was US$25

It was quite noisy and I needed earplugs to sleep.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed it very much

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. You got a nice choice of what to eat and the food was delicious . Ate at the restaurant for lunch and it also was delicious

We had to carry our suitcases down steps when we left which was difficult for my husband. The pina coladas were not as good as they use to be. They were not creamy and had a lot of ice chunks in them.
