It was okay for one night

The staff was really friendly!! The place was renovated located in the city centre.

It was not very clean. Towels and beddings had marks.

Very loud club/bar near the hotel

Location is great! Lots of restaurants and shops around, close to major attractions. Room and bathrooms were ok. Coffeemaker is a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The club under the hotel kept us awake all night with very loud music. Also drunk hotel guests coming back from night out at 3-4 am were very loud and there no noise isolation in the room. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Lots of dust and hair everywhere. Bathroom was ok though.

Great value for money, especially for 3 people!

Super convenient that they had a room set up for 3, it's usually hard to find one! The location was quite central and touristy but easy to access good museums and sites. The street is loud indeed but the triple room being on the 4th floor really saved us from any noise. In addition, the blackout covers for the windows and insolation meant we slept like babies! Overall a good value for the price!

Nothing in particular, staircase is indeed super narrow and uncomfortable to climb with things and the bar downstairs is always crowded and loud but nothing that seriously disturbed our stay.

rooms are good

we are seniors and had rooms in the 3rd and 4th floors. no elevators and had a very hard time carrying our luggages through very steep narrow winding staircases which one of us almost fell. We did not meet any receptionist from the time we checked in up to the time we checked out. Quite a troubling experience

need to be CLEANED

close to the center

a lot of dust. got one of us sick. the hairdryer was not functioning. the sheets were not clean, neither was the bathroom.

I would do it again but for more days!!!

We were very close to one of the main city squares, Rembrandtplein. Restaurants and some main city attractions were close by. On our first day, the staff was very helpful. They provided us with maps and reference points.

The room was smaller than I expected, but according to Amsterdam´s architecture, it is normal. We rested comfortably without any issues. Our room was towards the back of the building. Away from the main street.

Superb

Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is amazing - very nice shower and had 2 different shower types available. Located in a fab part of Amsterdam with plenty to see and not far from tram stops and restaraunts, shops etc

Great location and lovely staff

Room was very comfy, clean and warm. The location is great very accessible by public transport from airport and surrounded by amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped when we needed advice with directions and booking tours.

We were staying on the top floor, so up 5 flights of steep stairs, which is to be expected in Amsterdam that the stairs are steep but with luggage and no lift, it was a bit harder than expected although the staff did offer to help with luggage.

Great Location

Loved the style and design of the room

Girlfriend struggled to sleep due to music below and our bathroom light went out a day before we left.

Prime location

We were not aware it was above a nightclub and the walls were not exactly sound proof. We could hear music until 4:00am in the morning.

The location was great. A lot of restaurants near by. Very nice staff.

The stairs are a bit steep but I think it’s an Amsterdam thing. Entrance was literally shared with a bar entrance; sometimes people were in front of the small door smoking.

I payed for a double bed and got a single blanket and one pillow and when asked for more I was refused

Excellent location & lovely hospitality.

Excellent location. The young lady at the venue was lovely; friendly & helpful. Shower room was very nice along with being very clean. Certainly an ideal base for those wanting to party in the many bars close by. We found some wonderful restaurants within a 15 min walk.

The bedroom was tiny; a little too small for comfort of more than a nights stay.

The location is absolutely amazing, 5 mins walking from metro station, literally in Rembrandtlplein: one of the two pub squares in the city

Very steep stairs (it's Amsterdam nothing to do with the hotel) The reception isn't available 24hrs, and you have to wake up early to get your room cleaned, ( we woke up couple of days late 11:30-1400.., and the cleaning staff was already done with the work) Our room was so small, i couldn't put my baggage on the floor
