Amazing self contained and modern option in perfect location in Puerto Natales

We absolutely loved our stay in this self contained accommodation and immediately put the kitchen to use cooking up a big pot of corn chowder to heat us up while it was cold and snowy outside! It has been so tastefully decorated and was super toasty and warm. It was also perfectly located near the car rental for our patagonia adventure and walking distance to both the waterfront/harbour or downtown. It was everything we could have hoped for and gave us a much needed chance to just relax and recharge after 2 months of travelling throughout South America before heading to Torres del Paine. The price was competitive with other nearby hotels but with the added advantage of being self contained. Extra bonus being supplied with access to Movie Star and being able to watch movies in english! Highly recommend this accommodation!

We loved everything so not a dislike, but some suggestions for further improvement would be to possibly include some milk for coffee and tea facilities and add some more utensils i.e. tongs and peeler and foil for the oven tray (although we were able to get the latter from a supermarket and left it in the room for the next tenants)

Ideal spot for a relaxing stay.

The location is perfect as it is in a quiet spot between the waterfront and the main part of town. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need to actually make your own meals. The space was also very aesthetically pleasing. We got fantastic and friendly help from the staff and owner when we needed to have taxis booked, our luggage stored, and our tv/Netflix connection fixed. Would stay here again!

I am grasping a bit at straws, but maybe there could be another hook installed to hang bathroom towels on?

Best value for money place in Natales

We stayed at Toore before and after our TDP trekking. The cabins are stylish and include everything that you need (even things like olive oil to cook and Netflix to chill) and the beds are really comfortable. The personnel is very friendly and where very accommodating, we could store our bags multiple times before and after our stay. Laundry service next door which was also really good and close to the waterside, great location. Best value for money in town.

There was quite some noise which we couldn’t place where it was coming from. Bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case.

Superb

Well equipped room (larger than expected). With kitchen where we prepared food to take camping. Very comfortable and quiet.

Blinds are not very thick and we stayed in mid summer so the room wasn't dark at night.

Wonderful hotel and certainly a bargain. Great central location with interesting shop attached.

Room was comfortable, staff was very accommodating - allowing us a late checkout of 12 instead of 11 as we had to wait for transportation.

Only problem was the hot water that went from hot to cold to hot. I believe they recognize the problem and are trying to have it fixed.

Pretty much as expected

Cabin was cute, nicely appointed, good location, friendly staff.

Dirty towel that smelled like body odor, loud flapping metal noise that kept waking us up all night, seemingly due to poor construction. Staff did not offer anything but an apology for the noise.

Perfect place to recharge before/after an adventure!

This is the most amazing and relaxing place! Before heading into Torres del Paine this is the PERFECT place to stay. The location is perfect too--there was curbside parking easily accessible outside, lots of cute stores and restaurants within walking distance, a lady who will wash and fold your laundry next door...the perfect place to recharge before or after an adventure! Inside, our room was beautifully decorated and had a full kitchen and breakfast bar that we could have easily made many meals at and stayed for a few days (wish we could have!). The bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed and more. Lots of stylish furniture and chairs to lounge on. Checking in was easy and the people that work there speak some English and were very friendly and helpful. You will LOVE it!

Beautiful room in a convenient location

Awesome location wnd beautiful room. The staff was great and very helpful- they came by after hours to help us store our luggage after check out. Highly recommend!

modern and comfortable in central location

Excellent location, modern and large rooms with cute decor. We stayed two nights before and after our W trek and stayed in two different rooms. Both of them were very comfortable, with a kitchen area, clean and renovated bathroom. The staff was very helpful and even stayed open late for us to check in.

Very nice - would stay again!

Stayed here 2 nights before and after the W hike. It was great, really nice rooms, good location, we were able to leave a bag with them during our trip. Staff helped us to book taxis to the bus station (it’s a 25 min walk if you want to walk)

The shower water pressure in the ground floor has unit was pretty bad but manageable!

The property consists of 4 cabins in the garden. The cabin we had was quite large with a kitchenette and a small bathroom. It had also a terrace with mountain and harbour view. There was a plenty of space there. The hosts were helpful. No problems at check in or during our stay. Definitely recommended.

Loved it! Great location and service

Loved the design of the room! Very cozy and well equipped and quite large. The staff were extremely helpful and the heating and Wi-Fi worked great!

The hand pump toiletries were a little weird and kinda broken.

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable large room with a balcony facing the water. Kitchenette had all the neccesities, even had a stove top italian expresso maker. bed was super comfy, great pillows and linens. Front desk helped organize same day laundry service and a taxi, very friendly. 1 block from the town centre square and many great restaurants. A perfect stay. Thanks!

Excellent stay

The friendliness and amicable nature of the owner.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I direly needed Chilean Pesos on a holiday, when all exchange counters were closed. The owner managed to arrange a money exchange dealer for me. The price ws also reasonable. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen was provided with more than enough utensils, basic stuffs like cooking oil, salt, sugar, soap for cleaning utensils etc.

Well equipped, comfortable and warm rooms

Nice spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and warm rooms. We stayed here ahead of our visit to Torres deil Paine so we could prepare a few meals and it was a perfect place for it. The TV even has international channels and the reception some beautiful souvenirs. Also there is a friendly cat you can be acquainted with!
