Amazing location, hotel, room, and bed oh my!

Had some trouble with trying to get my reservation but once everything was squared away it was amazing. Staff did all they could to help and accommodate me.

Breakfast no to good

The staff was rude, you have to pay for parking in a very small open lot. The pool is like the size of a bathtub there is no hot tub. All and all I would not stay there again.

If you’re going to charge for parking. That should be on the website. Not just a small little poster at check in that nobody reads. Ridiculous.

Suite Layout is nice

Parking is $10 a day. Never had our room cleaned or supplies replenished for the 5 days we stayed. Asked for extra pillows and never got them. They ran out of breakfast food the 1st day by 8:30am. I’ve been a Marriott member for a long time and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Great room, great view of the mountains, good hot breakfast- waffles on Saturdays! Right next to a good pizza by the slice place.

We loved the size of the room and the bonus rollout bed! Made having the whole family easier with our own areas. We really likes the location as it was so close to so many amenities and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast attendant and bartenders.

Perfect

The staff was wonderful. The guy that checked me in and the bartender Joy were awesome! There were a couple little kids that couldn't find their mom and Joy took such great care of the girls until their mom showed up. The bar was nice. You can walk to several restaurants. The rooms were big, new and modern and very clean. I will stay there again.

nothing - I could tell this hotel was being way too cheap with just 2 things on menu

breakfast was lame- we could only eat eggs..Server was taking forever to stock up. by the time we’d get to station..things would run out. finally I i walked towards kitchen door and saw ladies talking..i asked for bread and they said “sorry breakfast is over”..at 9!!! spring hill suit in salt lake had breakfast till 9:30am..even then..we were in lounge at 8 but everything was out of stock and restocking took forever. Also, our room was booked out to someone else..we got there late that night around midnight..the only room they had was 309 which had broken Ac!! rep told us to open window!! we were exhausted from long drive and had no option but to put up with this crap
