Excellent place to stay for a week or longer, espacially with friends and family

Very close to 2 malls and 1 supermarket, which means it is easy to buy stuff that I will need but forgot to bring along. Japanese restaurant nearby has fantastic ramen. Room was spacious and clean and value for money.

This hotel is amazing. I had mistakenly booked for next year. However, after finding out when I had arrived this year, the lady quickly sorted it out for me. The room was amazing, cleaned everyday to perfection. Everything you require for comfort would be no problem for the staff at the hotel. The facilities , gym, infinity pool are immaculate. I love this place. The location is ideal, perfect for walking or driving top Penangs many attractions.

I think more fruit available for breakfast. The buffet was a bit limited. Cooked was amazing and cooked to order. However, just a few more buffet selections would be great. Lovely service at breakfast and decorated stunningly.

Stylishes Hotel in super Lage

Schönes und grosses Zimmer. Coole Aussicht vom Pool und zentrale Lage.

Beim Pool wurde gerade Umgebaut beim Durchgang zum anderen Gebäudeteil also musste man einen anderen Lift benutzen um in das Gym zu gelangen.

Nice hotel. Good stay for a week.

The location was great, across the street from the bus terminal and malls. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was receptive and nice. There was a mini fridge in the room and every day coffee and water was replenished. The pool area is amazing. AC was great. Shower was fantastic with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

I felt like the staff could have offered more information for tourists at check in and that they could have offered some pamphlets, a local map or general info about how to get around without a car. I found the CAT bus on my own and discovered food courts in the mall on my own. I discovered the hotel gym on my own. It is tucked behind the pool area. The bathroom had a window into the room. You can close the blinds easily , but it defaults to open, so if you are with others you have to remember to close them when you use the toilet ! There was some renovation outside going on while I was there. There was a little noise from that during the day, but it wasn't too bad. I could have used some hooks in the bathroom for hanging up clothes. The lobby carpet could use a steam clean if you look hard.

location

cleanliness as toilet floor not cleaned properly, filled with mold. rooms are noisy from the cafe downstairs until 2.30am and carpark elevator moving up/ down. lack of windows for sunlight/ views.

Great location, really cool pool

The pool is really cool! The room was clean and the staff was so lovely. Great view and location. Little gifts given to us at our room which was so cute.

We weren't informed prior that we need cash or physical bank card for the deposit, since we had a digital card, so we literally had to walk around in the rain to find a money exchange to get cash. Would be great if guests are informed about that esp international guests. There were some blood stains on the beddings

We have book 4 room for suite but when we are back 1 of door have issue. We was informed no Maintain staff after 9pm and need to wait till the next day. How can a hotel without a maintained staff after 9pm.

Exceptional

The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The pool area was v nice and overall the facilities were great. Location-wise it was about 15 mins walk to Chulia St which was good after visiting some of the bars there! Comfy beds and big rooms.

The pool area could've done with some more loungers.

Will choose another hotel if I go next time.

The location is very good.

It doesn’t deserve the price in Penang. Toilet is small and only provided one set of toiletries. Only one chair provided in the room even it’s a double king room. The air com was malfunctioned and not cool until restarted it.

It was after all enjoyable. It is certainly value for money. Superb location.

Location was excellent. Walking distance within all the eateries and shopping malls as well as places of interest. I am very grateful to one of the hotel staff, he displayed professionalism, helpfulness and kindness. He was a male staff at the reception (unfortunately I didn't get his name) he was very helpful especially when I left my bag in a Grab car, he patiently assisted me over at the counter to get in touch with Grab help centre. I also like the roof top bar and the construct of the swimming pool. I also like the breakfast cafe whom the hotel partner with, the breakfast served behind the hotel was really tasty.

The swimming pool water looks a little dirty, maybe I was fussy, they may have to do more regular pool maintenance since so many people are using the pool. We booked a Razzle Suite (2 bedroom), I thought there will be a sofa bed in the living area. It doesn't turned out as expected because the so call living area with sofa bed is converted as the second bedroom and the living area is actually the dining area. It works fine. But it will be good if the dining area can also have a TV and a decent sofa area :) I also thought the make up room service can be more meticulous and refill toilet paper, coffee power promptly.

too far from central part (old) george town, so not so convenient for a tourist. Road infront extremely busy. No restaurant on site, hence no breakfast.

location & their very friendly team from front security to their check in team and swimming pool team as well.

tv channels very limited for the price we pay should have better channels.

our stay was very comfortable and we had a great time in Penang. the pool facilities at the hotel were especially great.

the pool was great, the staff were very attentive and the check in/out process was very smooth. the location was also very good

there is a restaurant and spa listed, but both of these things are under construction and not currently available to use. breakfast also wasn’t offered on site and guests had to go to a nearby cafe instead due to the works

The room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Great pillows. Excellent staff and any requests we made for additional towels, bedding or such were promptly attended to. Very friendly place. Well done.

Loved our stay

The room is spacious and suitable for small family like mine. Bed and pillows are really cosy. Location is ideal. Near to all eateries and tourist spots. Enjoyed our 4 days stay there. Our parking guide cum concierge En. Neezam and two other gentlement were very helpful and friendly.

The coffee maker didnt work. The room tv froze after switching on. Hotel technician arrived immediately after notifiying front desk. Superb service. Wall paper under the curtain in the living room was badly torn. All minor issues.

fantastic suite, friendly staff, great amenities in the property, attention to detail was wonderful!

It was very noisy at night time. Every night, loud music was playing until past midnight and one night it went on until 1:30am. one of the elevators was broken for 4/5 days of staying there which meant it often took a long time for the lift to arrive.

without a doubt one of best self catered places I’ve stayed. great room-modern and comfortable- great pool on roof, good gym and 5 mins walk from centre of all the action
