Excelente

Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis. Inclusive um dia em que esqueci o telemóvel no táxi e os funcionários da recepção e o Sr Hany se prontificaram imediatamente a ajudar me a recuperá-lo. Assim consegui ter o telemóvel de novo na minha posse rapidamente. O pequeno almoço tb era muito variado e saboroso. A limpeza e o conforto do quarto durante toda a estadia.

Good stay but won’t be returning

The location of this property in Barsha Heights is excellent. The rooms are well proportioned and clean. Do not expect bathrobes and slippers or a coffee machine in the room though… but good coffee can be purchased from a terraced bar. Staff are well trained, polite and professional. Soluna Beach Club (free for the residents) was great too 🐬

I didn’t like breakfast… despite the seemingly abundant choice, nothing tasted well so all I could eat was salad leaves and cucumber. And a cup of coffee. Very disappointing. The swimming pool is not heated and quite cold too: I did not swim at all.

Hotel chaleureux

Le confort, la propreté ,la disponibilité ,la politesse et la gentillesse du personnel .

Les plats(viandes ,légumes)trop épicés et pimentés cette année par rapport à mon précédent sejour en février 2023. Trop de gâteaux très sucrés en dessert.Manque peut-être des yaourts , compotes et mousses au chocolat pour les clients qui mangent moins sucrés.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Close to the metro station (10 minutes).

The breakfast was great. Lots of fresh food, fruits and vegetables. And for instance the typical products such as muesli, bread, jam, etc.

The carpet under the bed seemed to be very old and worn. Should be replaced.

Nice staff and helpful guy mr Sagar at the front desk.

Everything was very good! Location, room, staff very helpful, nice room service and breakfast. Few minutes to the metro and lovely beach club service.

Good value for money

Nice central locations with many restaurants or supermarket nearby. Easy to reach with taxi, very comfortable bed

I think staff was a bit to much into selling you staff (upgrade, bigger room, early check in, taxi, breakfast etc.)

День рождения в отеле

Поехали в Дубай на выходные с мужем отметить день рождения. Заранее предупредили отель о предстоящем празднике за что щедрый отель предоставил нам VIP номер на 25-м этаже с хорошим видом. В сам день рождения приятно удивили тортиком с поздравлением. Было очень приятно. Чувствовалось особое отношение. Выражаем огромную благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Все приветливые и милые. Помимо прочего хочу отметить удобное расположение отеля. От метро буквально 5 минут. Рядом большой супермаркет и дешёвые кафе. На крыше второго этажа бассейн с комфортными шезлонгами. Бесплатно дают полотенца. На первом этаже отеля отличный бар. В номерах есть халаты.

Такого нет.

Было здорово! Честно, если вы не избалованы 5-то звездочными отелями , то для вас это будет шикарно.

Отель очень хороший. Но окна не открываются в номере. Не так, чтобы это прям сильно мешало, зал тренажерный малюсенький, но можно побегать и без инвентаря потренить. И, кстати, по еде - хотелось бы, чтобы была сырая слабосоленая рыба. Бассейн на 1,10 метров(

Было все на высоком уровне.

Вид с балкона, чистота в номере, удобная кровать.

Недостатков не заметили. Ещё бы супчики на завтрак - было бы тогда все огонь!

Great hotel!!

- diverse and tasty food - very clean - modern and new interier - staff very friendly and helpful - coffe and tea in the room along with plenty of bottled water

- Although we were told we can choose between two different time schedule to go off the private beach, shuttles that drive people off the beach are on the principle: "who gets there first, gets the ride". So it happend we had to wait a whole hour to get the next bus, because the first one was full.

Great hotel in a very good location with cleaning problems

Nice location, great rooms and very friendly staff! The rooms feelt relatively fresh and cozy. The view is exciting practically on any side of the hotel. There are multiple restaurants/bars in the building. The hotel is located around 10 minutes away from a metro station and it was convenient to go in both directions - Dubai Marina and Dubai Mall. Wifi was also great.

The biggest downside for us was the cleanliness of the room. The carpet in the room, the furnuture, the bathtube were very dirty despite of daily cleaning. It almost seems like there is no instruction to clean those things. As a result we asked to remove the carpet from our room, as you could feel the smell of the dirty carpet. To our surprise - the part of the carpet that was under the bed was white! The part on the outside was dark grey... Due to the dirt...

Clean with Comfortable beds

Room smelled damp.. Tiny bathroom with no air conditioning. Over bath shower. Breakfast was less than average, busy and noisy. Basically a refuel, not a pleasant, relaxing experience, even if down early. Our first morning my daughters were stood over by a member of staff to fill in a questionnaire about the service, even though they said they’d do it later! Some staff were pleasant enough when spoken to (the lovely girl marking us off going into breakfast every morning was a real smiling face & always cheerful) but it’s the first time we’ve stayed in Dubai (and we’ve been going for years) were staff can pass and not even raise their head to give you eye contact. I say good morning to all staff when I’m passing, no matter who they are but I do wonder if because of the pre dominant nationality staying in the hotel, that’s the service these people require? ‘Don’t speak until spoken to was the impression we got. Mornings were utter chaos both in the restaurant & reception area, but reception staff and concierge were pleasant if you had to deal with them. If you’re going to Soluna beach club(which is great!) be prepared to queue at reception to pay then get sent to queue at another desk for the wristbands. Don’t go down 10 mins before the bus to do this, it’s a faff and can take a long time if it’s busy.

Great service from the staff- the lady on the phone the receptionists everyone was so accommodating and friendly really appreciated the welcome and swiftness. Didn’t take long to get to my room and they even sent a small bday cake for my friend the last min, I was so grateful.

Everything was great it was clean!! But just to clean the bathrooms a little more, I am a little fussy.

Penso che se dovessi tornare a dubai ci tornerei

La struttura si presenta molto elegante e lo staff davvero molto gentile e professionale. La posizione e’ abbastanza buona, vicina alla stazione della metro, la colazione davvero top! VI consiglio assolutamente di acquistarla nel pernotto perche con i prezzi di dubai e’ super conveniente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l acqua calda perche impiegava tantissimo tempo ad arrivare ho segnalato la cosa ma non erano disponibili camere di livello superiore quindi ho chiesto di posticipare il check in e ci e’ stato concesso.

La presenza della vasca e non della doccia.

Personal foarte amabil, mancare diversificata si gustoasa, pat king size cu saltea confortabila.

The only thing that didn't work, was the exhaust fans, it's not mandatory but when the workers don't come by for clean up it's worse

معامله الموظفات من الفلبين في الرسبشن غير جيده وواجهنا صعوبات وتطويل في التسجيل للدخول وكانو يريدون جعلنا ندفع اكثر لإي شي للترقيه في الحجز بجميع الطرق وتطويل في التسجيل ومعامله خشنه جدا غير ان محتويات الغرفه والحمام كان فيها اقل الاحتياجات وليس كباقي الفنادق

Amazing stay, we will be back

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect as it is close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to JBR beach and the mall among other places. Great breakfast, lovely room. Gaston in particular was so lovely and professional. The head of security also helped us massively with a mislaid passport!

V. Good

The reception girl, Aman and Pooja, were very friendly and helpful in facilitating entry and exit procedures. They were very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied.

The bathtub is high, and unfortunately I could not get out of it and slipped. There are no regular rooms without a high bathtub, and this is dangerous because the bathtub is also too high
