Quest is Best

All expectations were met re standard Staff great! Layout fine. Very clean. Love the selection of extras available in reception. Very happy with the Quest Hotels lately.

I felt that they could add better shower products like other Quest Hotels. The Mor products in pump action containers are lovely.

Our family stay was excellent. However there wasn’t enough amenities like toilet papers and there’s no exhaust fans in t

The fact that the apartments was joint together so it was good to have a joining room with our kids

It was confusing when it was advertised for a queen and a single bed but day before I got a phone call to say it’s only a king or 2 single beds. Top it off I was charged for 2 extra guest when 2 of our family didn’t show up due to flights cancelation.

Excellent accommodation

The location was great for my needs. Room was great, comfortable and clean. The staff were great, very helpful. I could live there

That the cafes in the immediate area are not open on the weekends, at least be open for breakfast coffee on weekend. But this is not the hotels issue they are not attached to hotel. Hotel could compensate for this by maybe having a coffee pod machine in the room kitchens. Would be nice if the hotel had some other milk besides just full cream, like a lactose free, small things

I don’t recommend staying here

nothing.

Service was worst. we were put in someone else’s room, we checked in and they were already in that room sleeping. Such a bad experience and embarrassment to our family. Manager and staff were not friendly either.

If you are very concerned about whether there is a bathtub like a person with children, please ask first when booking

good prices and location, it was wonderful.

The room doesn’t have the tub even it shows on the room photo and describe. We asked the staff and said that this problem often occurs because the platform gives wrong pictures.

Courteous staff, clean facilities

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super cooperative and courteous, easy check-in at late night

The dishwasher left stains on the dishes and we had to wash them by hand

Great property overall.

Location good, parking easy and convenient, rooms are very big and modern/clean.

The noise. Unfortunately had quite loud people above us making plenty of noise until late at night. Also very loud in the hallway until all hours, would have been better to have a little more sound proofing for the rooms. Not great for a light sleeper!

The inconsistent pricing - The security charge they are charging everyone because of a few people and choose when and where they apply it. the lack of integrity from the attendant and her manager and the lack of empathy from both of these people especially her manager Kane

chill, relaxing, stress free!

clean! great lighting, house maids coming in to clean the room every day, if you order uber eats during the day you guys bring it to our door which is amazing, loved the aircon is the bedroom and lounge!

your extra soft pillow is still too hard, very big pillows height wise. woke up with a sore neck every morning. also wish you had a pool to relax at, but i understand that probably cant be helped

We asked for a 2 bedroom apartment with a toddler for 4 of us but we're give 2 small adjoining single apartment and studio without knowing. Not suitable with a 2 yr old and 4 adults. Not much space at all.

Loved everything about this apartment. Had everything you need, from extra rubbish bags, cutlery, blankets, pillows etc. Location was perfect as there were so many options of places to shop and eat. Housekeepers cleaned and remade our beds for a two night stay. Kids were comfortable and most of all great price.
