This was a WONDERFUL place to stay in Bocas! The rooms were very comfortable and we really enjoyed how clean and open our room was, which gave the space a very peaceful aesthetic. The spaces throughout the entire hotel were very tastefully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was in the open air restaurant, Pier 19, overlooking the docks and water. I highly recommend the omelette but all options were very good. The lovely servers Sam and Rosie even went out of their way to provide us a different juice when the standard one wasn't available and we always felt like we were very well attended to. The location was only a 5 minute walk from the busy section of town and we found there were many amenities nearby. Additionally, there is a 10% discount at the restaurant and dive shop associated with the hotel! All the people employed there were very friendly and made the experience so nice. After exploring around the entire area of Bocas Town we really felt like we were at the cleanest and most upscale place in the entire town. We truly couldn't have asked for more from this establishment.

Half way into our stay there was a small leak into our room from the room above, we were told that a sink had been left running with the drain closed off unfortunately. As we happened to be in the room when it began, we were able to let them know very early and they were extremely prompt in fixing the problem and we were moved to a new room so we wouldn't be disturbed during the clean up process etc. While it was an unfortunate situation we thought they handled it very professionally and with great service.

Ubicación e instalaciones

We loved everything about Divers Paradise, but most of all we loved the staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable and for taking such good care of us! From a super easy and super early checkin, to storing our luggage for us, to welcoming us every morning and every evening (and again when we missed our flight and showed up at 10pm needing a room!). They also made sure our friend had a special surprise in his room to celebrate his birthday, what a lovely local touch! The open-air restaurant has a beautiful view and a nice shady breeze, and the staff were also tremendously accommodating for our late night meals every night. There is also free filtered water available 24/7 in the restaurant (and I believe coffee and tea most of the day), and the food is discounted for guests. The location is a bit off the main path, but less than 10 minutes walk to anything you need to access (including the airport). So it was super quiet compared to some of the other places we had considered staying, which was a bonus. The decor is very cool--so many subtle diving touches everywhere. Beds are comfy, AC was nice and cold, and the seaview rooms have great views! You can also lounge on the back deck and go snorkeling using their free gear. We didn't get a chance to check out the free SUP or bicycles but it was a perk we were looking forward to! We went diving one day, and could not have loved our instructor more. Extremely patient and very fun, and of course took amazing care of us! We would definitely stay here again!

The wifi in the rooms was hit or miss, but the wifi at the restaurant area was fine.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
