There isn’t an elevator, nor do they have a credit card machine (Isn’t mentioned anywhere that they’re cash only but upon entering they mention, so make sure to carry cash)

You will enjoy your start in Karachi even more

Staying at Orchards made my trip stress free and pleasant. The staff was great! Mr. Arbab took care of us from the day we booked till the time we checked out. Arbab helped us arrange our booking and find the best room for my mother who cannot take stairs. After arrival, Arbab and staff ( Faisal & Farhan) made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Since I had an elderly person with me, the staff helped in making sure that bags were carried for us, rides were managed and helped us with any little help we needed. On a day when we couldn’t manage a ride at night, Mr. Arbab helped us manage a ride. On a night where we couldn’t manage food, Mr. Arbab helped us manage a ride. Faisal and Farhan on the other hand treated us like family and made us feel very comfortable. Our guests were treated so well! On a very positive side, Mr. Arbab talked with us with a lot of respect that he would not look in the eyes of the females Other staff members in the kitchen made sure that the food was provided fresh and super flavorful. One of the staff members, Kunal, was always there in the morning along with the other staff members (cannot recall names) to make our breakfasts amazing and memorable. Every single member in the staff and management was amazing. My family still misses the breakfast! If you are in Karachi, this is the best place to stay at due to the following plus points and many others: 1. Respectful and helpful staff 2. Beautiful atmosphere 3. Guests were treated well 4. Closed to Dolmen Mall 5. Very safe area 6. Beautiful rooftop 7. Amazing food Last but not least, you will love your stay here!

it was absolutely amazing.

The service was amazing, they made sure my guests were comfortable and they adjusted according to our needs. When we asked for specific changes to the layout our room, they did so without any complaints or restriction. The breakfast is something that really worked well. I think i ate every type of omelette available on the menu.

The price is a bit too high for travellers. Maybe the pricing can be worked on,

Superb

Like the room , bathroom, very respectful and friendly staff all of them from Farhan, Both the Faisal, Kunal , Qaisar and everyone including guards. Great breakfast by Kunal and his team. Very secure location in posh area near the beach and shopping mall.

There should be a little more space for sitting at the lobby.

Absolutely loved the hospitality and warm welcome by all the staff members specially Mr Farhan and Mr faisal as I was pretty nervous staying in a hotel with seriously ill and fragile parents but starting from my arrival to my departure every little thing was personally looked into and taken care. I absolutely recommend specially family travellers to stay at the orchard cottage hotel it's prime location plus excellent customer service and hospitality. Keep up the brilliant cleaning and lovely housekeeping services.

Parking spots are right but manageable.

My stay was amazing. This place was clean and the location is also good. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Arbab at the reception, Very polite, professional and helpful guy. The other staff was very professional. I checked out at 6:45 am I asked them to Prepare me an early breakfast and they served it on 6:15 am which was amazing. I will definitely prefer this place again in near future.

The original request was posted by the hotel themselves (because who else would have done it) and I reported it to booking.com (and changed my password). Not sure how they managed to post it on my behalf. Beware. *** Below is what the hotel posted as a review from my name: They treat me well with the best services, calm n quit place . I do not remember the names buh they done their best to accommodate me .

- They were bugging me on whatsapp asking for positive review and then posted a fake review from my name - The room wasn't ready when I arrived so they put me in a cheaper room for 1 night and didn't offer refund/discount - When I paid in cash, they didn't give me the change back

This place is actually Located in a very safe area and i found many attractions in a radius of 2km like Dolmen mall,Seaview,Ocean mall,Do darya,Defence,Boat basin food street and many Top of the brands Outlets Either you are looking for variety of foods,shopping,or Picnic spots This is the place to be

You can't smoke anywhere But it's good because they a beautiful smoking area 😃
