Het personeel is zeer fijn. Allemaal dik in orde. Maar, de man met de baard en her oorbelletje achter de balie begrijpt hélemaal wat gastvrijheid inhoudt. Topper!!!

Η τοποθεσία ιδανική!Είναι το βασικότερο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου διότι είσαι κοντά στο πιο τουριστικό κομμάτι της πόλης.

Πρωινό κάτω του μετρίου!Κάτι που μας έκανε εντύπωση γιατί η χρέωση του ήταν στα 22€ το άτομο και τα περισσότερα προϊόντα ήταν κακής ποιότητας!Το προσωπικό επίσης στο πρωινό (εκτός ενός ηλικιωμένου σχετικά ,ευγενέστατου κυρίου)ήταν αδιάφορο(λες και δούλευαν στο μαγαζί του μπαμπά τους)Καμία προσπάθεια ευγένειας!Επίσης το προσωπικό του μπαρ ήταν άθλιο!Με την άφιξη μας το πρώτο βράδυ διαμονής είπαμε να πιούμε κοκτέιλ στο μπαρ!Λοιπόν η εμπειρία τραγική (βλέμματα άσχημα,διάθεση για εξυπηρετηση καμία).Στους ντόπιους βέβαια όλα καλά! Όλα τα ποτά των ντόπιων συνοδεύονταν από κάτι το δικό μας όχι! Έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε για να έχουμε! Πέρα απ αυτά μας έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση ότι δεν υπήρχε εξαερισμός φυσικός από πουθενά στο δωμάτιο όπως και σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο γι αυτό και μύριζε μυρωδιά από φαγητά κάθε στιγμή στην ρεσεψιόν!

The location was fantastic, walking distance to most main sites. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Rooms were lovely. Spacious and very comfortable.

On first day reception staff were not at all friendly when checking us in. Actually we felt unwelcome by Daniel.

Tolle Lage, hilfsbereites Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir waren darüber hinaus auch mit dem Fitness Angebot und der Bar im Haus zufrieden!

Ein wenig die Lautstärke von der Partymeile, die durch die Häuserschluchten nach oben hallt.

The hotel was great and a very central location with a good sized room .

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική ακριβώς μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο με παρά πολλές εναλλακτικές για να διασκεδάσεις αλλά και αξιοθέατα να επισκεφτείς . Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό και πλούσιο και τα πάντα ήταν φρέσκα και πολύ νόστιμα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και αντιμετώπισε άμεσα κάθε επιθυμία μας . Τέλος το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό.

The location was excellent. In the centre of the Old Town where we could just wander out of the hotel and be where we wanted to be within minutes. The breakfast was buffet style with everything you needed or could want. An important advantage of this hotel is that is serves breakfast from 06:30 in the morning. This allowed us to eat before going on all day trips, which was wonderful. The room was big and super clean. The staff were super friendly. We also sampled the room service for dinner one evening and our meal was excellent.

It would be difficult to find something that we didn't like. Everything was perfect for us.
