Номер прекрасный. Светлый. Просторный. Все удобно. Бассейн на крыше - очень хороший. Красивый вид открывается на город и море. Вода теплая. Бассейн чистый. Рядом с отелем огромная инфраструктура. Рядом большой маркет. В нем все и продукты и вещи и сувениры. Напротив мега-рынок фруктов. Примыкает к отелю бойцовский клуб. Там проводятся соревнования. Нас напугали отзывы о шуме. По факту это было даже весело. Особенно когда выкрикивали бойцов из России. Вокруг массажные салоны, продажа туров, сувениры, рестораны... Бангла-Роад прямо за углом. Вечером там все кишит людьми. Шоу. Музыка. Веселье. Море рядом - метров 700.

сложно было найти отель. По внесенному в навигатор адресу нас привезли на другую улицу. Метров за 400 от отеля.

Le personnel bête et méchant qui n’a rien voulu comprendre quand j’ai demander à changer de chambre. Ils m’ont demander 2 fois le prix d’une chambre pour changer. La chambre au 8eme étage horrible un cellule de prison impossible de dormir avec le bruit de l’ascenseur et d’une machine extérieur au bruit insoutenable ! Évitez la chambre seule du 8eme si Vous voulez dormir un peu… La saleté des lieux meme la piscine était sale. Je me suis plein à la réception et la seule chose qu’ils ont trouvé à me dire c’est appelez la police si vous êtes pas content.

Liked the location and cleanness

Great location. Close to the malls and Bangla road. No noice in the room at all. However, if you are in the front of the hotel your might here the boxes of the Boxing Stadium. But this is always finished at around 11pm. Cool fresh market in front of the hotel for daily cheap fresh fruits. Would visit again!

Bit confusing, as there are 2 buildings that work together.

場所はバングラロードから5分ほど歩いた場所にあり、夜もそこまでうるさくはありませんでした。ムエタイのスタジアムが近くにあるので泊まる部屋によっては夜うるさいかもしれません。 近くにコンビニもランドリーサービスもありレストランも充実していた為、滞在中に不便に感じることは特にありませんでした。 屋上のプールは人の目を気にせず自由に使えて眺めも良く最高でした。私たちはお昼を買って来て屋上のプールの脇にあるテーブルで食べたり、夕日を見ながらビールを飲んだりとかなりプールを利用させてもらいました。 プール用のタオルは受付に言えば交換してもらえます。 タバコはバルコニーもしくは、プールサイドで吸えました。 部屋も毎日10時から12時頃の間に掃除してもらえて新しいタオルとペットボトルのお水ももらえました。 歯ブラシとスリッパは初日にワンセットもらえたらその後の交換はありませんでした。 受付の方も、その他のスタッフの方も笑顔で迎えてくれて素敵な方ばかりでとても良い滞在となりました。 事前に旦那さんの誕生日と結婚記念日を兼ねた旅行だと伝えておいたら素敵なベットメイキングで迎えてくれました。 部屋も清潔で広く、またぜひ利用したいと思います。

残念な点としては、最初最上階の7階の部屋を準備してもらったのですが機械音のような音が10分おきくらいに響いていて、初日の夜寝れませんでした。 早朝4時頃に受付に行ってその旨を伝えると朝8時にまた受付に来てくださいとのこと。朝8時に受付に戻ると他の部屋だと3階の部屋が1部屋空いてるとのことで変えてもらう事になりました。3階だとその音は聞こえなかったのですが、エレベーターの中やプールサイドでは聞こえてきました。私たちはおそらくエレベーターのモーターの音では？と思っています。可能であれば、この騒音問題は解決した方がいいと思います。なぜならこのホテルは騒音以外は本当に素敵なところだから残念で仕方ありません。 追記するとすれば、部屋からの眺望はあまり良くない事と、シャワーからものすごい熱いお湯が出てくる時がある事と、エアコンから水が滴り落ちてくる事くらいですがそれらはあまり気にする事ではないと思います。

Não existe banheiro no mesmo andar , então descer e ter que pegar elevador para ir ao banheiro e sala de lazer não ter tomadas para utilizar energia de computador ou carregamento para celular

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean, comfy rooms, the cleaners also do a wonderful job. Location is fine, very central but can be noisy and the views are not the best.

I had to ask to be moved from the 7th floor to the 2nd floor as there is a water tank on the roof with an automatic pump that starts and stops every couple of minutes but it is very noisy, the sound travels through the floors and walls and kept me awake at night. Lower floors are no problem.

1. Staff are okay 2. I booked 7Q but they gave me 7 Patong hotel 3. Got one lift only 4. The room is okay and the TV has many international channels 5. Daily room cleaning 6. Close to many eateries shops, bars, and the front night market, 7e 7. Easy to rent a motorcycle in front of the hotel

1. The toilet is not clean and the toilet bowl is a bit narrow when sitting on it. 2. Just a small swimming pool 3. Night time will be noisy because it is near the boxing stadium and the main road people talking out loud we can hear clearly 4. The bed is really hard and the pillows are soft

TV didnt channels/netflix didnt work - they offered to fix it but i was out of the room most of the day diving anyway.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they even decorated the room after my fiancé told them it was my birthday, also amazing location close enough to bangla road to be in the mix but only a 5 min walk but none of the noise spills over

I like swimming pool which is at the top floor at open roof . Breakfast was pretty good enough.

Customer service was not good specially that lady was too much rood in morning shift , she never gives us the check in early 2 hours before & insist to pay 500baht extra for immediate check-in . Hotel Staff should be cooperative .

roof top pool was nice to cool off in location is central to everything but taxis struggle to find it bath was nice even if the water was yellow

run down, not particularly clean, you have to pay 1000baht cash deposit which isn’t mentioned in the booking terms, taxis on grab couldn’t find the property, reception staff not very helpful just fine. we stayed for one night to just have a night out in patong yellow water in the shower

the airco made so much noise, I couldn’t sleep at all. the shower was so bad. There was almost no water came out. the price was to much for what I got. one of the worst places I was during my 2 months traveling.
