I loved the location, the receptionist were super friendly and helpful. Me and my wife felt very welcomed since the moment we arrived. The breakfast has so much variety and our room was comfy and cozy.

A great choice - the hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter and is steps away from a wide array of charming cafés, local restaurants, lively bars, soothing spas, quaint stores, and bustling markets. There was so much to see and do! Our room was also spacious and very comfortable. Apart from that, the hotel staff is genuinely warm and attentive - we fondly remember Wendy, Jenny, and Lanh. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Hanoi!

The hotel is boutique style, situated in a great location for walking the streets... and staffed with a happy, helpful team. Breakfast was great. In the tick of the city but quiet once inside - a perfect spot for exploring the city. Overall great value for money.

The staff is the real jewel of this accommodation. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Although everything is dated, this boutique hotel has charm and a good location. Breakfast in the morning was satisfying. The young woman who works the buffet and takes a la carte orders is equivalent to the sunshine in the morning. She is a reason to come back.

The bathroom was too small with poor lighting. It is what it is but upgrading the bathroom lighting would be two thumbs up

A great find in an excellent location in Hanoi. A welcoming and friendly hotel that made us feel quite at home. Staff were exceptionally helpful in guiding and directing us throughout our stay in Hanoi. Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and varied. After loosing an item while out walking, the front desk staff and manageress went beyond what we could possible have hoped for in helping and guiding the recovery of our lost item. Their support was absolutely wonderful and very much appreciated.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Very satisfied. I always stay in this group of hotels in Hanoi. No complaints at all. The location is right in the middle of Vietnam's old town, so if you want to experience the bustle of Vietnam, you should definitely choose this hotel. The facilities and staff service are excellent.

The hotel was beauitfully decorated and comfortable. It is centrally located. Though there are noisy food joints nearby, it is very quiet in the room and lobby area. The staff is very attentive and polite, top notch service provided. The breakfast spread was good, there is a waiter to serve the eggs too. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Excellent service by staff. Very attentive and polite, they go beyond their duty to take care of us. Repairs for faulty equipment was fixed promptly .

The blanket was too hot for summer. Had to lower the AC temperature to have a comfortable sleep.

Great small hotel with character in the middle of Old Hanoi. Many restaurants/ bars nearby. We loved our balcony looking over the city. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was so helpful and kind and brought us tea while we waited in the lobby. We would love to return.

The street was blocked when we arrived, which was hard as the Grab dropped us a few blocks away- not the fault of the hotel.

location was great, hotel was clean, breakfast food was good, and they had excellent customer service! they upgraded us to a family room so it was really spacious and even provided us with a welcome drink and snack. they also allowed us to stay at the hotel guest lobby for a few hours to rest and clean up after we checked out. the road was blocked when we wanted to get a taxi to our train station after checking out, so the staff proactively brought us to the nearest pickup point, even liaising with the cab driver on our behalf and waiting with us to make sure we boarded the cab safely.

if there’s one improvement to suggest, it would be to put the toothbrush kits in the room.
