Not worth the price

We paid foe the beach view but it had no beach view just trees across the beach. The room had no basic tea coffee facility. The breakfast was horrible and cold the water for instant coffee was not even hot and when asked was informed foreigners like it this way. Total lies I am a nz resident and have been living overseas for 20 years I never heard of it. We ordered tea and we paid for it man that was so bad I spewed after taking a sip. Though on second day after complaint they atleast we got a decent breakfast. But it was total waste of money the stay was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast horrible, no basic inroom amenities like tea coffee, slipper, tooth brush. Even a backpacker or homestay provides this nowadays.

Good no frills hotel.

Good location just across the road from the beach. Nice property clean and well maintained.

Breakfast options could be better, more variety. Kettle in the room would be helpful. We booked an ocean view room, but it didnt face the ocean, you have to go out on the balcony and look to your left to see the ocean.

Never prefer Goa during holiday seasons like Christmas.. staying becomes unnecessarily expensive . try to get down at Ka

many things! This property can cater to your basic accommodation needs only for the price we pay. Also the holiday season made things exorbitantly expensive in general across Goa. : very frequent power fluctuations, especially in the rooms we stayed : we didn’t had water when we arrived for couple of hour. : quality of water was bad throughout, most of the time muddy water. : bathroom sink were jam resulting in clogging in bathroom. : in such a hot climate, not even a single mini fridge in the rooms. : no provision of kettle, tea Bags etc. : not flexible to meet small small needs. we paid 1K for arriving early though the rooms were vacant ..but while leaving when we asked for just couple of hours extra, they were asking INR 3700. felt little unethical.. but still I understand. : not many varieties in terms of food service. even an ice bucket (mini bowl) was charged INR 50. they could have provided a mini fridge instead.

Exceptional

The location is just awesome, walking distance to the beach. The staff were so cooperative, 24*7 service,ever ready to help in every possible way. The food we had was also as we expected because we traveled with two kids and we did not face any problem. Overall, it was a great stay, and I recommend it...

Nothing to tell all are worst, i suggest that no one will booked this hotel.

Service was poor, staff are too calculative, room cleaning was too much worst, means we have to call them to clean the room.

Ocenas 7 Ashwem - The place to hideout in luxuxy when in Goa

Just loved the location.. ✨️✨️✨️ and the staff has been really amazing! Especially Mr. Prashanth, He's just the best with the services he has to offer and this young man certainly needs a pat and raise for the dedication he has towards his work..., Good work Mr. Prashanth, Keep up the good work and may the almighty bless you with great heights in your career and life..., God bless you!

Good location but not somewhere you want to stay for long.

Main reason for booking was the location, which was good. Modern room.

Aircon didn’t work, power cut out several times, no hot water and shower faulty. They changed me nearly the price of one night for late check out! Can’t make card payment without being charged a 3% fee, which is a rip off.

Decent place in a good locality, near a really good beach!

The staff at Oceans 7 were really kind and chill! They helped me out with almost everything. The rooms were really spacious and neat. But do make sure you ask for cleaning services every other day to make sure it stays neat. Amongst all of North Goa, you'll be glad you picked this place as it's situated in an amazing locality. It has the best beaches. They are calm, peaceful and not much crowded. The nearest beach is a 2 minute walk. Just walk down Ocean 7s walkway, cross the road, go down another neighboring restaurant, and you're on the beach! You will have access to some prime bars and restaurants. The food is decent at the Oceans 7 as well. Do try out the 'Chicken Crispy' if you're here. They've outdone the recipe. If you need assistance with renting out a vehicle, the concierge will take care of that for you in an instant! But do haggle for a good price when you get your vehicle. The taxi service will be on stand by too, in case you'd like to use that. Either around places, or to the airport.

My situation during my stay at Oceans 7 was unexpected. I've booked two rooms, and the friend who was supposed to occupy that room couldn't come due to a problem with the Visa. Since I booked the rooms for 5 nights, I asked the concierge to see if he can help me out with anything, if possible. I realise that I wouldn't get a complete refund, even though one of the rooms was unoccupied. But I expected some kind of help or adjustment to be done. I even checked out a day early from my own room. But the person only kept saying that they had a cancellation policy and could not go beyond that. Even though I don't get an adjustment or a refund, I would've appreciated if they understood my situation and managed to try to work something. Other than that, the stay has been good.

Good value for money and excellent proximity to the beach. Generally a really good stay, with a couple of improvements that could be made. Would definitely stay again due to the access to the beach!

The reception did not always answer the phone and it was a little hard to get all the details - wifi codes etc when no-one answered the phone. They also didn't have a fridge/tea or coffee making facilities which was very disappointing.

We really liked the location and the room. The pathway leading to the room was also very beautiful.It was value for money.

We were not happy with the catering service. We ordered food and the kitchen was reluctant to take the order and was giving weird reasons for that. Indirectly the person was insinuating to cancel the order which we did and went outside.

This place is so amazing and ideal location. Loved it

The rooms were amazing, the staff was so friendly, sweet and helpful!! They were prompt to fulfill all our requests and I really appreciated that. Prashant, John, Sameer, and the rest of the staff were amazing! A must stay. It would be great to have breakfast included in this package with more food options. Overall, I would give it a 9/10

The food options and breakfast not being included. A thorough cleaning of the room prior to check-in would have been more appreciated.
