快適で素敵な滞在

とても綺麗なホテルで、フレンドリーなスタッフ、無料のコーヒーやスナック等、サービスが充実していました。交通量の多い通りに面していましたが、私の部屋には騒音は聞こえませんでした。朝食の内容も充実しています。ビュッフェに加えて、アラカルトのオムレツやフォー等があります。

La localisation était super, ainsi que l’accueil tardif. Le personnel est très attentif, serviable et disponible pour toutes les demandes. J’ai bénéficié d’un surclassement avec une fenêtre donnant dans l’escalier intérieur… Bon petit-déjeuner.

Très mauvaise insonorisation. La chambre était très bruyante : on entendait tout, et le lever très matinal des touristes m’a obligée à me lever aussi. Je n’ai pas apprécié qu’on me demande plusieurs fois de manière très insistante de mettre un 10 pour l’évaluation Booking, une première fois dès mon arrivée (« on vous a surclassée donc mettez nous un 10 »), puis au départ où on a lourdement insisté pour que je note l’hôtel avant de partir, en me demandant d’ouvrir devant eux l’application Booking, ce que je n’ai pas fait.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return when we come back to Hanoi. Thank you!

Before we arrived my partner had fallen really unwell so I informed the hotel and they made sure our room was ready and escorted us straight away to the room. They offered to show me where the pharmacy was and went above and beyond to make sure he was okay - I really appreciated that so thank you so much! We were on the 5th floor where the ceilings are lower. As soon as they noticed how tall my partner was the staff offered us a new room with higher ceilings, we decided not to move rooms because we were perfectly fine with the low ceiling. Appreciated they offered the alternative though. The staff were perfect, the location was perfect, the breakfast was a delicious Vietnamese spread with a selection of custom requests being offered such as omelettes, scrambled eggs, crepes and more. Location was incredible - right in the heart of Hanoi but the hotel felt like a cosy escape from the craziness outside. We can’t wait to return!

The air vents in the room meant we could hear other guests speaking. It didn’t affect our stay though.

Very comfortable stay. The hotel is so well maintained.

Location is strategically located and amenities are adequate. Very polite & helpful staff. Hotel is well maintained and clean. It’s not noisy and we slept really well during our stay. Emma, Ana & Ken’s service was fantastic. We felt very much at home.

Smart and comfortable hotel

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet building, the decoration is elegant. The hotel is a good cozy neighbourhood size - that is perfect choice for me as I typically don’t like large hotels.

Some details need attention. The wires hanging out the walls in various places could be easily fixed right?

The room was fine and clean. The other staff was very friendly and helpful. I think you can get better value for your money in other hotels, I wouldn't come back here.

Upon arrival, the lady tried to trick us into believing she was going to "upgrade" the room for free in exchange for us leaving a 10 score review. We booked an economy room with an internal window, and this is exactly the room we got, she said that our original room would have no window, and so the "upgrade" was a small window looking at a staircase in the hallway. I don't appreciate being lied to, when checking out she again was being very pushy about us leaving a 10 score review. Airconditioning also wasn't great.

Well based location wise. Nice calmness from the busyness of the quarter. Just what I needed from the jet lag! Really comfortable rooms. Emma and the team are super friendly, very welcoming and gave tips on places to go during my time. would highly recommend!

Home away from home!

The hotel is clean and well air conditioned. There are complimentary coffee, tea and some snacks that you can access 24:7. You can purchase beer, water and other drinks for 25,000VND. The staff are amazing, they go out of their way to make sure you are happy, and comfortable. They offer advice, and help by offering tours, arranging transport, and they can store your bags for you. They allowed us to check in early too.

Home away from home, clean, safe and comfortable.

We LOVED our stay. We changed our travel plans to stay extra nights here. The hotel is clean, with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were beyond amazing, offered their help, arranged transport for us, and allowed us to check in early as well as allow us to store our bags for a few days. This really did feel like our home in Hanoi.

Most rooms do not have natural lighting as they do not have doors or windows to outside, but this is a big ask to expect something like this in a town like Hanoi. The bathrooms have windows to the bedroom, they have a blind that is some what see through. These two things are only minor in comparison to how excellent the stay is. :)

Nice hotel right in the heart of Hanoi 🖤 our room was a bit small but quite confortable and clean. maybe they Could improve the rooms with a more recent tv with Netflix! But the real plus of this hotel is the staff, Sarah and Emma were great, they can speak english well (not obvious in Vietnam!)

Excelent option in Hanoi

We loved everything. It's a little hotel so near to the important places in Hanoi. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was perfect to rest. We aprecied the goog hospitality from the staff, in special Sahra. She was so helpful to us. They helped us to chose the Crose to Ha Long and organized the transportation. Definitely recommended.

Golden Rooster Hotel is located in the Old Quarters. Rooms are clean and prices are reasonable. Love the awesome service of all the staff, especially Luke and Emma.

Exceptional

Great welcome by friendly staff who really love to serve and help you out. The manager when we were there was a very kind lady, Emma, who went out of her way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Also note that the staff quickly arranged a very efficient and affordable transfer service to Hanoi international airport.

Just know that Hanoi, and certainly the old quarter, is full of action, noise and things happening and around you. Don't go there for quiet meditation. Expect a city fully alive.

Probably the best place to stay in Hanoi

Incredibly friendly staff, great service. Complimentary snacks and tea. Breakfast is good with different choices eggs, crepes and others. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable! Special thanks to David for his help!

Amazing stay!

It's a beautiful property in the middle of old quarter with a an equally beautiful and helpful host. Sarah was super nice during our stay and went an extra to make everything comfortable for us.

convenient, clean with very welcoming staff!

staff were amazing and so helpful with great English! super helpful when helping us book a trip to Ha long bay! location is great and the breakfast was nice (both Vietnamese food & pancakes or eggs etc). shower was very good, great power but please be careful when turning on the hot water is extremely hot! overall couldn’t complain about our stay!
