Perfect location, wonderful service and great facilities! The rooms are new and tastefully decorated and there is a ground floor and rooftop terrace for the guest to use. It's located walking distance to anything you might want to see and very well connected!

Really comfortable apartment. Needed after a full day exploring and space for everyone to have their own time.

Nothing really although beds were exceptionally comfy but linen and pillow were noisy.

Check in was easy. They sent us a code the night before for the building door and the lock box where we picked up our keys. We loved using the roof terrace in the evening to have a glass of wine. The staff were very responsive. The oven broke on our 3rd day and they came immediately and completely replaced it within 10 minutes. The location in calm and about a 20 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and a 25 minute walk to the the gothic quarter. There is a taxi rank just outside the building and the taxis are very reasonable (especially if you are a group compared to using the metro - it was like 7 or 8 euros to get to the gothic quarter). They provided dishwasher tablet and laundry tablets which was very convenient.

There could have been more utensils supplied in the kitchen, for example, spatulas for using in the teflon coated pans, a serrated knife to cut soft fruit and veg and a few more bowls. It would have been nice to have some napkins or a roll of paper towels. There were a few "dust bunnies" around the sofa area and we had ants in the hallway on the last day.

trendy, cosy and modern property located within walking distance of everything you will want to see. loved the terrace and large windows. the staff downstairs were incredibly friendly and really made us feel welcomed and at home. we will definitely come back, what a great find!

the location is perfect, the building one of Barcelona’s modernist beauties. The apartment is very comfortable and can host 3 people. We did not use the kitchen this time, beyond just the kettle to prepare tea, but it is well equipped. But the best thing about this place is the staff, very welcoming and friendly. Specially Ramon who helped make our stay truly remarkable. Very recommended!

the staff never reply on my message about helping with a taxi for our departure. The second day they didn’t change the bed linen but I can’t live with that.

the apartments are in a quiet, accessible part of Barcelona within walking distance to most sights and a quick metro ride to Sagarada Familia. I came with a baby in a pram and everything was very accessible. Close to supermarkets and restaurants also.

I requested a late check out by their app and it was marked as “received” but the way the app is configured did not alert me as to the fact that jt needed to be confirmed, so half way through the afternoon (I requested a very late checkout for a fee) I was contacted to rush back to the hotel as they needed to prepare the apartment for other guests. It made the situation a little stressful even though they did arrange a smaller studio for us to use (I was in a two bedroom apartment). The check in process using the app to verify identity documents are also very, very tedious and badly laid out. So basically my grievances are towards the app which seems convenient but in the end caused a lot of friction and stress in its use
