Staff should align with the price that customer booked online

Property and cleanliness is fine

The staff are asking extra money saying they will at loss at the praise that we have booked the rooms

బుకింగ్ డాట్ కామ్ ద్వారా ఈ హోటల్ లో13 రూములు బుక్ చేశాను. పేమెంట్ హోటల్ కి వెళ్ళాక చేయవచ్చు అని వెబ్సైట్ లో ఉన్నది.కానీ మేము హోటల్ కి వెళ్ళితే అడ్వాన్స్ పే చేయలేదు కాబట్టి బుకింగ్ cancel చేశామని చెప్పారు. మేము బుకింగ్ డాట్ కామ్ అప్ లో బుకింగ్ చూపించాం. కనీసం మాకు ఇన్ఫోర్మ్ చేయకుండా ఎలా cancel చేస్తారు అని అడిగము. అయిన రూమ్స్ లేవు అన్నారు. Booking.com వారిని అడగండి అని చెప్పారు. మాకు ఏం చేయాలో అర్థం కాలేదు. మేము కుటుంబ సభ్యులతో చాలా ఇబ్బంది పడ్డాము. ఎవరికి చెప్పాలి అర్థం కాలేదు. ఫామిలీ తో వెళ్లేవారు ఈ booking. com అప్ ని నమ్మవాదు. చాలా ప్రాబ్లం ఫేస్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.

I have booked 13 rooms in this hotel through booking.com. It is stated on the website that payment can be done after going to the hotel. But when we went to the hotel, they said that the booking was canceled because we did not pay in advance. We show the booking on booking.com up. Atleast ask how to cancel without informing us. They said there are no rooms, ask to booking .Com.We don't know what to do. We had a lot of trouble with family members. I don't know who to tell. Don't trust this app. A lot of problems have to be faced.

Staff is very good and friendly .fast checkin and check out process is very friendly and helpful . Entire stay Very Good. Room are Very clean. Rooms and staff and food also very good. I strongly suggest this Hotel

Rooms, staff, location and the food was very tasty.

the common area should be cleaned along with the door mats inside the rooms to be cleaned. bed sheet was not properly cleaned.

Hotel bedsheets were very dirty, did not provide towels. They provided breakfast after 10 am.

Rooms were not ready,infact dirty used linen were used. Bed had small cocroaches and bed bugs.And smelly rooms.I had booked on ssj property for which they said bathroom are outside so cancel and book on sai jaganath.
