In conclusion, our stay at La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa was nothing short of extraordinary. Superb stay in a great location

We had our best stay in Vietnam, at La Sinfoniya del Rey. The decor of the hotel is elegant, the staff is excellent and our stay had many clever little touches throughout that take them to the next level. The location is central and the soundproofing works as it's not the quietest part of town. They have a great spa facility and the staff was kind enough to facilitate a slightly later check-out for us. All-in-all, a great way to wind up our time in Vietnam :)

Fantastic

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Spa treatments amazing with great pressure and respected my ankle sprain.

The outside lights are turned off late at night so it’s easy to miss when you’re exploring late at night.

The staff was excellent

One of the reception staff, Hue, was extremely helpful. We had a problem with our flight bookings. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with the airline sorting out the problem. She was persistent and innovative, thinking about alternatives, until she sorted out the problem, which was far more than was her duty. That was a very valuable service.

An unforgettable hotel and their extraordinary staff in bustling and exciting Hanoi!

The breakfast included a daily special which was truly special in addition to a wide array of breakfast dishes and treat on the regular buffet. What made our stay extraordinary was the staff who were very kind, accommodating, friendly and most helpful. Our room was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location, very clean, and a Superior Staff!

This hotel is in a great location, just a minutes walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The breakfast and the staff are both excellent, arranging rides and dinner reservations for us. We were only there two days, but the staff did all they could to ensure we enjoyed our time in Hanoi. I highly recommend the La Sinfonia del Ray Hotel & Spa.

Wonderful hotel, totally recommended!

Excellent breakfast, free of charge. Top quality restaurant for evening meals. Sky bar on roof-top for good view of Lake Hoan Kiem. Staff were exceedingly pleasant and helpful, way above expectations.

Sleep quality was slightly diminished due to noise from within the hotel, and in respect of rooms at the front of the hotel, also noise from the street.

Excellent stay

Good value of money as the hotel upgrade me to a Suite room with balcony. Very spacious room, great interior design and ammeties. Polite and professional staff

The queen size bed was actually combined of two single mattresses hence it was not ideal to sleep in the middle of the bed. I thought the water in the fridge was free like other hotels but the free bottles were nicely wrapped in the mini bar. A bit confusing!

WONDERFUL STAY ! Room is like 5 stars hotel for 3 stars price, unbeatable service for unbeatable price. La Sinfonia will go the extra mile to accomodate and please you. I'm delighted of my stay, highly recommended.

Best place I've ever stayed in Old Town.

Bed is very clean and comfort. Hotel is almost right in front of Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son temple, within walking distance of the old town attractions, eating places. Hotel staffs are super nice.

I would prefer brighter lighting system in the room.

Un séjour idyllique dans ce très bel hotel

Tout ! Les chambres confortables et joliment décorées, l'emplacement juste à côté du lac et en plein vieux quartier de Hanoï. Le sky bar, les repas (très bon petit déjeuner), la gentillesse exceptionnelle de toute l'équipe. Bref, un séjour de rêve ! Il y a un peu d'animation le soir et le matin sur la place devant l'hôtel, surtout le week-end. Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, prenez plutôt une chambre qui n'est pas côté rue. Ceci dit, cela fait partie du charme du séjour à Hanoï !

Schönes Hotel am Hoan Kiem See

Hier bekommt man wirklich für sein Geld eine sehr gute Leistung, rund um Betreuung von Check in bis Check out. Frühstück war bisher das beste was wir in Vietnam hatten. Sehr schöne Rooftop Bar mit toller Aussicht.

Overall Great Stay, the Staff is Amazing!

Hotel is in a convenient location between the old quarter and french quarter. This made it very easy to walk to different locations. Also, the hotel staff is very nice and attentive to our needs.

You can hear a little bit of hallway noise and exterior noise, but this is common with any building in Vietnam. The closet is a little small, so there wasn't a lot of space for us to store bags. But we made it work.

Exquisite Experience near Hoan Kiem Lake

A reputation well earned -- a fab way to end my Hanoi experience. Across the board, my other stays in Hanoi were all superb but La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel really takes guest service(s) to the next level. My experience started with highly engaging Mrs Huyen Pucca Nguyen (General Manager) who immediately set the tone for the property's high-touch/service experience. I received several upgrades and service courtesies including early check-in -- as generous as they were gracious and unexpected. Ms Pucca Nguyen epitomises and personifies why this property is one of Hanoi's finest hospitality properties in the Hoan Kiem Lake area. Their rooftop bar, Terraco, is chock full of ambience for evening tapas and drinks whilst the breakfast is equally satisfying.

Het was geweldig

De ligging is echt perfect tegenover het Haon Kiem Lake. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk. Alles is heel erg netjes en schoon. De bedden liggen heel erg lekker en het ontbijt en de spa zijn super!

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mitten in der City gelegen am See mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der direkten Nähe. Im Hotel gibt es ein Rooftop-Restaurant mit einer schönen Aussicht, wie auch ein Spa-Angebot mit sehr vernünftigen Preisen.
