gut , aber nicht ausgezeichnet

Zimmer , Service , Sauberkeit ,Freundlichkeit der Rezeption und im Service ( bis auf die sehr autoritär wirkenden Chefs , siehe unten ) waren sehr erfreulich. Als Arzt freue ich mich über Desinfektion, im Bad sollte man andere Wirkstoffe verwenden , da man wegen des chemischen Geruchs nicht schlafen kann ,selbst bei offenem Fenster.

es gibt nur gebrühten Kaffee in Kannen - unglaublich…. auf die Frage nach einem Cappuccino bekamen wir aufgelösten Fertigkaffe … das geht gar nicht für ein solch teueres Haus!!! . Das Personal ist sehr sehr altbacken gekleidet - die Vorgesetzten sehen aus , wie aus den 60 iger Jahren gekleidet und sehen streng in die Runde . Die Uniformen des Personals benötigen dringend eines zeitgemäßen Outfits !! Ein bisschen mehr Frische und Jugendlichkeit täte dem Hotel - und damit dem Publikum, dass es dann buche n würde (!) , sehr gut ! Das kann das Faro Lopesan nun deutlich besser ! Das Hotel ist für jüngere Paare nicht die Erste Wahl !

Excellent hotel with stunning gardens.

Food at the hotel was amazing - a very varied choice for breakfast and the evening meal and the quality was great. Loved the way the staff poured the wines and spirits at the table as this ensured that you were getting quality products and the sizes were very generous too. All the staff were very friendly and the cleaning staff in particular were amazing. The evening entertainment in "The Palm" was very varied and although we only popped in a couple of times the standard of the productions was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent too - particularly liked the access to the beach.

Only a minor gripe, but in previous hotels of this standard, the water in the room is free and milk is provided for the tea and coffee facilities. Unfortunately powered milk/coffee whitener is not really nice.

Relaxen bij de start van eiland 'hoppen'

Mooi hotel met veel faciliteiten op de grens van Maspalomas en Meloneras. Zorgvuldig in corona maatregelen. Prima kamers. Uitstekende buffetten met veel koks die vers bereiden.

De zwembaden zijn door de vorm wat bescheiden.

Excellent, clean and fantastic Buffet of FOOD

Buffet is excellent Location excellent Staff very friendly

our room was allocated at the rear of the property which is quite a walk ( as the property is built end on to the beach ) No access to Hotel at sides of property ( only front & and rear) so always a long way aroudn toget back / out of building

Perfect and we both can't wait to return

First and foremost the staff, they were all so friendly and polite. The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and the gardens were immaculate, a lovely place to walk round after a fantastic breakfast each morning

Recomendo para uma estadia agradável.

Alojamento recomendado.Simpatia dos funcionários, localização, Do pequeno almoço e das refeições não só do bufete como nas do Botânico e Kristal. Referência para a limpeza de todas as áreas.

Na casa de banho faz falta um apoio exterior ao duche.

Hotel cómodo con muy buena Atencion al cliente y muy buena ubicacion.

Me llamo la Atencion el baño que era grande y en especial la ducha que era muy amplia y cómoda parecía un baño turco. la habitación que era amplia . Muy buena ubicación con salida a la playa.

An excellent return stay in this paradise of an hotel. We will be back!

Breakfast buffet was excellent as usual. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and each time was excellent.

We liked everything. Car parking was a pain but due to the time of year it is unavoidable but we always managed.

Hotel excepcional nada q ver con el antiguo. Vacaciones de ensueño, descanso y atención inmejorable

La habitación genial. Camas amplias y cómodas y baño grande con fecha de obra grande, muy práctica, aunque pondría otro agarrador cercano a los grifos para mayor seguridad. La terraza tamaño perfecto y el cristal le da más visión y luminosidad. Orientación perfecta. Si hubiera sido una planta más supongo tendríamos más visión del mar. Comida espectacular y variada.

Sólo dos peros uno q tiene mucho jardín pero no se puede disfrutar de su sombra. Las hamacas Sólo están en el losado de la piscina. espectáculo podía terminar a las 124 y ko 23h A los españoles nos gusta disfrutar más de la noche. Un peq comentario, la zona de pasillo obligada para pasar de una piscina a otra podría ser más luminosa ya q en comparación los techos don alho bsjis y suelo oscuro, se mejoraría poniendo luces dentro del jardín de los ventanales, quedaría más exotivo y amigable

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and staff.

Great location next to the beach, fantastic room and all the staff were so friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast offering and gym facilities.

The only minor feedback is that some people still did the lounger annexation in the morning but these were only a few and even with that loungers by the pool could still be found. I understand that if you go for lunch etc leave your towel but some were from early morning until late afternoon.

Everything is satisfactory.The staff service is excellent. I like it there very much.

If I have to make a suggestion, I hope there will be more children's entertainment.Because I have lived in other riu on the island, children's programs are very rich.However, the hotel is a bit perfunctory, and only an old aunt is responsible for all the parties with children.

It is clean and enough space everywhere. Nice room.

In the hotel there were few kids to play with and nothing to do for kids except to stay In The pool. Extremely expensive to eat dinner in the buffet restaurant. 67,50 euro for one adult and one child. Eat in restaurants outside the hotel instead. A lot cheaper.

Unique location, fantastic food, great service, very clean.

Unique location right at Maspalomas beach and nature reserve, close to shops, bus stop, taxi, public parking garage. Fantastic large palm garden with three pools. Great choice and quality of breakfast and dinner, very fast and attentive service too. Good fitness center.

- We were initially assigned a 26 m² room, much smaller than 34 m² paid for. This is a serious breach of confidence. - We were looking forward to relax, but on the night of arrival a so-called "Jazz" concert was given at the light tower, right in front of the West wing. Sound pressure level in the auditorium for sure exceeded values permissible at the work place. Receptionist asked me whether I wanted to call the police, can you imagine. This had been the second concert in a row, but luckily no further took place. We were given another room, but I hold RIU responsible for tolerating such rock bands in the face of non-existent sound proofing.

Everything was amazing!! Just one thing, that annoyed us sooo much. At breakfast, we were offered with variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but at dinner we had to pay even for water.

Perfect hotel for a beach holiday in paradise :)

Breakfast buffet was amazing, with outstanding choice and quality. Staff were always attentive and pleasant. Grounds were exceptionally well kept and rooms clean with the best shower ever! A/C was perfect

Nice stay in Maspalomas

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds itself was also very nice and peaceful. Great location and our room had a lovely view of the sunset. Staff were always friendly and eager to help.

Missing a few key attention to detail that would truly make it a “5 star” hotel in my view. You have to pay each day to use the safe in the room, I didn’t understand the rationale for that at all! All in inclusive but still charged for water at dinner time. The breakfast and dinner buffet were alright definitely not 5 star quality. The two on-site restaurants were not opened at the same time so unless staying for over 1 week you really only have a choice of 1 à la carte restaurant. This is not so much a criticism of the hotel but majority of the guests were older and this isn’t a problem in itself but it felt a lot of the entertainment options. etc were geared towards the older age group, it’s something to be aware of.

staff is very attentive, provided us with a free upgrade to the room. facilities are good - spa is a plus. beach access and great location

no lights on the balcony. a lot of ants in our room. need to pay to use the safe in your room. breakfast had great variety but average in taste. no room service other than breakfast
