Excellent choice for hotel south of the river

The breakfast choices were good and the quality was high. The buffet selection was good as well. The rooftop restaurant quality was excellent. The service overall was excellent. The rooms were extremely well soundproofed.

More selection for the breakfast buffet. Less noise at the rooftop restaurant. The rooms were small.

Excellent

Breakfast was very good. We loved the fact that it wasn't crowded. The staff at Breakfast was amazing and very helpful they made us very relaxed. Also the lady that checked me in was very nice and she gave me a warm welcome I just feel bad that I didn't get her name.

Tolles Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Toller Blick aus Etage 10. Toller Concierge und Nachtportier. Kleines, ruhiges Zimmer mit tollem Kingsizebett und fester Matratze.

Manchmal ein ganz leicht modriger Geruch im Zimmer, wenn die Lüftung länger aus war.

Rooms are smaller than we anticipated but understand the building size was limited.

Het perfecte hotel.

Fijn hotel, alles keurig onderhouden, luxe afgewerkt, niets kapot. Luxe uitstraling, late uitcheck was mogelijk. Roomservice is prima.

Not worth it

Not much! My boyfriend and I got sick from the room service food and we told them at checkout and we got a refund. Really nice staff.

Got sick from the room service. Rooms were so dark with windows that do not open at all so you can't get the chemical smell out of the room. Paid for "courtyard views" and it was just scaffolding. Bad location far from the tube.

Was overcharged by $300. No one is getting back to me.

The location

I have been overcharged by $300 and no one is getting back to me on that. I have emailed them too and have called multiple times but either no one answers my call or someone just tells me to call some other time. This is extremley disappointing.

Perfect weekend of celebrations

The building is beautiful, great space in the rooms and so clean! The staff were all friendly and so welcoming.

nice but probably worth splurging on next higher cost hotel

room was very clean and well appointed with a bath and shower, the view was nice but not 100% identical to picture

the hotel’s tv system was out and no accommodations were offered. in room food service was offered but took three calls to get ahold of staff and then a transfer to figure out what the dessert offering was available for the evening

Overall was nice stay but for the price we paid, would expect more - still I recommend this hotel

Very nice view of the Thames river, staff were very nice and welcoming, room were also nice and clean. There is vey nice restaurant at the roof top that also have different shows in the evening - we had there nice dinner

The Hotel is located Infront of the Thames where we had a very nice view (after we had to ask to change room as we received a room for disability) of the Thames river however was bit far from the center and was about 18 min walk for the underground (after you had very long day walking, it felt bit of a distance). Breakfast was nice but anything that was not part of the English or Americam breakfast we were asked fro extra charge (would not expect that from such hotel and for the price we paid)

I paid over 2 thousand poundd for small room, and as its advertisement I expected somethıng really good cause of river view. however, really small room for 2 grand ın there ıs not even chair in balcony not able to sit, it was poor.

they charge over 2 thousand pound for small room because ıt has bacony however, you can not even sit ın balcony no table or chaır no point would not stay agaın really poor and dıssapointed about room

You Could Find A Hotel In A MUCH Better Area For The Same Amount, Or Even Less!

- The room & bathroom are VERY clean & well maintained (Thank you House Keeping :) )

- I almost paid the stay amount twice during check in because the receptionist "didn't know" the amount was already paid!! - The hotel provides the minimum of everything, for example the water bottles are smaller than what you would usually see in other hotels, I ended up buying my own :) - They charge for an early check in (a first to me) :) - Don't expect any one level room upgrade even if the hotel is not really busy like this one - I wrote a comment while making my reservation in which I requested a room on high floor, away from the elevator, away from staff doors but the receptionist didn't seem to care, he only assigned me a high floor room when I asked him to change the one he gave me on a low one, the same receptionist who almost charged me twice, he seemed to be in a hurry :) - The location is bad, you have to take a tube from a station which is 10-15 minutes away & go 3 or 4 stations to be in an area where you can have a life! - They have this weird "rule" of not ordering take-outs from restaurants even though you are in an area where there aren't many choices for food, which made life even more difficult :) One Small Note (property irrelevant): I advise you to change the taxi company you call when one is needed, the taxi driver who drove me to the airport was one of a kind! if you're going to charge someone 89 pounds, the least thing you could do is help them with the luggage! :)***

very nice room although very small, only enough room to open one suitcase. very good breakfast. lovely staff. walking distance to London eye and other attractions

Excellent staff always, able to help you, the guy from Tunisia ( the bellboy) was extremely attentive and helpful. Is not in London Center but is really quiet there is you want to be not in the middle of crowds of noisy people.
