The hotel is beautiful- the rooms are well decorated and the view is amazing!! We were lucky enough to see whales early evening which was the cherry on top! The staff were so incredible- they made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to celebrate the fact we were on our honeymoon. It felt very special! They also catered well for the fact I was vegan- with the restaurant offering extensive options!

One of the best hotels I've ever been too. It is on international standards and is World class.
The staff are exceptional.
The hotel and staff made my Mum's 72nd birthday so special and even upgraded us to a suite.
I cannot thank them enough. Chantal, Samantha, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, the porters, and the car guards were all amazing. Bless them all.
Love the towel warmers and lounge I the room. It felt like home. Loved the fully stocked fridge and books on the shelves. Exceptional. It was cozy. Loved the way they turned us in at night. Felt so pampered as you want to feel on holiday.

the location and staff is amazing.
unfortunately we had 2 bad nights and the value for money was not matching. the first night we had a room with full flash spotlights of the outdoor terrace at our room (problem was known) and the second night we were offered a different room above the generator (also known) this was terrible.

the breakfast was wonderful. We have a special diet and were accomodated by the hotel Truly 5 STAR. The staff are all very warm and take time toi engage with you. every one from the manager Melissa, Marlin, Wida and the one with the glasses (sorry cant remember your name) were exceptional. I have travellled the world and stayed at various 5 star hotels. This hotel and its staff not only is comparable but surpasses the standard.

Very intimate and elegant
What left a bad taste in my mouth was the last day where I had assumed that checkout is at 12:00 but got a call around 11:30 to vacate the room. When I pleaded for the 30mins grace period - I got a distasteful response that we should leave the rooms immediately and will not be given the 30mins grave I was requesting. As a result I had to rush my family and I left without taking a proper shower and just wiped in fear of the intimidation!
