Superb

Really lovely hotel. The staff were so kind and friendly upon arrival. Rooms were spacious and always cleaned. Really nice pool and very quick walk down some steps to the beach. Food was really nice. Bus stop right outside hotel which gets you into Palma in 20 minutes. Would definitely return!

Could have had more sun beds and people did get up very early to "save" sun beds wirh towels and not return for hours.

Exceptional

It is a fantastic location. It was our second day. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views. The beach is literally at the frontdoor and one can walk down to the pitch directly from the hotel. As is the case everwhere, the beach is public so a lot busier on weekend with more local visitors. However, it is a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast is great as is the general service. Towncentre is a short ride away. The only issue is that this time it was very expensive but we booked late in high season and they were nearly sold out. hopefully next time it would cost this much!

The location alone and the pool with such proximity to the beach, in my opinion, make this place worth the price. The staff was absolutely lovely and the food in the beachfront restaurant was amazing. The spa area is very nice and relaxing, and I wish it was open until a bit later so that I could have enjoyed it more.

Maybe not worth a 5 star rating :/ I was surprised upon arrival by the lack of complementary drink at check-in or chocolates in the room (nothing too important, but something I’ve become accustomed to when visiting 5 star hotels). The room decoration seemed a bit outdated, and the TV didn’t work properly (not all of the supposedly available channels were actually available, so no English channels in my room), which for the price was really baffling. Also, in the spa area some of the pool’s functionalities aren’t working (again, for the price and 5 star rating, that really shouldn’t happen).

The Air Condition doesn’t work in the winters and we found it difficult to get sleep.

Amazing stay in a hotel with tradition and soul.

Everything went really well. Staff was very friendly and looked after details. I got a room upgrade and late check out was no problem. the room was bright, clean and the view lovely. the bed was extremely comfortable.

the gym was small and not very well equipped. the beach in front of the hotel is nice, but public - and therefore loud at times.

great hotel in a stunning setting

setting was beautiful overlooking the bay. really clean and good facilities some really lovely staff and really helpful with getting taxis etc. The breakfast was also brilliant.

the pool is not huge which wasn’t a problem (travelled late September) but imagine in peak you would struggle to get near it

Lovely stay, great staff and facilities.

Clean and comfortable. Service was good. Rooms were a decent size and nice sea views. Everything functioned as it was supposed to and was good quality. Gorgeous view of the beach and sea.

The gluten free options were a bit limited. The pool is much smaller in real life which was slightly disappointing. Navigating around the hotel felt a bit clunky.

4 star experience on the beach

By a vibrant, lively, nice bublic beach. wievs. Easy access to city centre.

Old fasion bed covers, please get modern duvets🙏🏻. Reseptionists are arrogant, can be rude actually, as if guests are an annoying disturbance. After several visits to Nixe I have startet to laugh about it. I travel a lot, but have never been close to be adressed the Nixe reseptionist way. Staff are friendly enough, but seems to be poorly trained/unexperienced. Unfprofessional, unattentiv and slow. Food-varies, a got a salad with the wrong ingredients, and a fish with all the bones inside called a fillet🤣. Nice fresh fish, not that nice salad🥲. Nixe is far from a 5 star experience, my guess is it has a management that is unable to make use of the fantastic potential.

poor wifi location outside area (not beach but adjacent town) grubby no fresh coffee (i’m a coffee snob and machine coffee doesn’t cut it in a 5 star hotel and at room prices.
