A disappointing stay

I was looking forward to my stay here based on the information on the booking.com website. The room was large, wifi worked well and I had a decent seaview. For the rest see below. I had booked for two nights and the property agreed to cancel the second night booked (FOC).

Property is not close to either Sousse itself or the port of Kantaoui. I found the check-in was quite rushed. The rooms definitely need a little TLC. I went out for a while and when I came back, the room was very stuffy and stale. I went down to reception to let them know that the A/C needed to be looked at, only to be told they close the A/C in the rooms from November 1st-it clearly stated on my confirmation A/C. I had to sleep with the balcony door open and with no breeze it left me with an uncomfortable nights sleep. I then went to eat, as I had all inclusive and the food was mostly luke warm and ineatable. For the drinks, you either have to get them on your own or be prepared to handout plenty of tips to get service. This was noticeable from the table beside me with several people and each paid a tip every time they needed service. It was not the stay I had hoped for.

Exceptional

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tunisia!

Good but not great

There was almost no air conditioning in the restaurant. I expected it to be cooler at least given it is a 4 stars hotel.

Good hotel with nice pools, beach, great facilities and great food, staff hospitality to be improved

- Clean and more less spatious room, - Great and wide range of food and drinks - Great facilities, many pools, restaurant on the beach, Tunisian restaurant, ... - The administration listen to the customers and act when they complain.

The hospitality of the staff and the services depend on your nationality. If you are national citizen, you will be ignored. I was informed that they will make decisions to garantie this will not happen in the future.

The lift was broken for a few days. WiFi signal was poor in some locations within the hotel. Salty water in the pool. smokers should not be able to smoke near the pool

We loved it and would definitely come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The food was amazing as well.

The indoor pool had too much chlorine in it. My eyes burned as soon as I entered the area. My husband and I couldn’t stay there long and we were coughing for a few days after we tried to swim there.

Customer service is great. There is a variety of food menu, that changes every day .

Animation is not that good, needs to be improved There is only ONE elevator that works , the other one is out of order.

Great hotel. I stayed multiple times and I'm always satisfied.

They called me and asked if I needed anything, even though I didn't make any complaints.

The food (dinner) was not the greatest the first two days of my stay, but they upped the menu and quality afterwards.

Overall it's a nice resort, with large gardens, several pools and direct access to the beachfront (very clean). The best part for a winter stay was the indoor swimming pool.

The cleanliness levels should be improved... The resort was quite busy and it felt neglected. The indoor swimming pool was overrun and no one followed any sort of rules.... It was chaotic...

Exceptional

The personnel was very kind and helpful the whole time. The food was excellent. Great variety in the buffet. Lots of attention since the first moment you enter the hotel.

The gym really needs some improvement. Only one treadmill was working with a short time limit and there is not enough space foe the rest of the equipment. The gym should be in line with the excellent quality of the rest of the hotel.

One in a million holiday destination !

I had the most amazing stay here with my family. We travelled in a party of 12 and they catered for everyone’s needs! I would highly recommend this place as there is something for everyone! I will definitely be back as soon as possible all staff were so very kind and friendly and went over and above for us all and we couldn’t be more pleased! Loved every minute!

Superb

Good variety of food, friendly staff and abundance of activities. Amazing place for kids. Rooms were very spacious. Staff were kind of enough to provide milk for children at night. The hotel is a short drive from the city market area and sea front.

We had to ask more than twice for a cot. The one we received was partly damaged on one of the legs. Shower door is not very fit for purpose as it only blocks half of the unit. Very often a shower will leave the floor by the sink wet. The place is very big and is made up of numerous hotels. Its very easy to get lost and end up in a different hotel lobby. A map of the grounds would be helpful. Some of the poolside staff would reserve chairs around the pool for other visitors who would come later on in the morning. Not a very fair system.

I had a good time here since I was not keen to explore the city and just wanted to relax. good variety of buffet and entertainment. nice friendly staff

security do not allow taxis to go on just because they have gas tanks!
