Great customer service and warm on both arrival to the hotel and departure to airport

Walking distance from the station to the hotel at night was safe, with nice walking paths, not walking in the dark. Loved the shuttle bus to the airport because get to see the scenery of Osaka streets. Near walking distance to Don Quijote and hypermarket.

Should have an alternative to breakfast not being able to dine in due to early departure, for example takeaway or grab and go at the checkout counter.

Short stay (one day) but everything went well.

Breakfast was much better than expected. Beautifully laid out, tasted great. The chef personally served us. Took their free shuttle to Kansai airport after breakfast for the first leg of the return trip.

Room was small (not unexpected for Japan) and window to outside did not open. Bed, toilet, etc. was fine.

Seem like the hotel not very much people stay~ Is a old version hotel The hotel nearby the train station but need to transfer. And wait the train need time due to the train not come frequency

Exceptional

Very helpful and considerate staff, free shuttle to the airport, breakfast included ... though we had to leave before it was served. The manager met us in the lobby at 5:10 with a bag for each of us with juice, yoghurt and a banana with his apologies that the breakfast buffet was not yet open! We will definitely stay here again if we need a hotel near KIX.

Well i think that place is good for travel stay and others. I would like to stay there again.

I like the staff at the front office and the driver who picked me up from the airport.

I didnot like the driver who took me to the airport after my stay. He was rude or maybe like discriminating because i was a foreigner.

A little more knowledge of English would have been of help to Me. Next time I visit Japan I’ll learn

The WiFi was useless from the room but worked in the lobby. I was using the correct WiFi for the different areas. Could not even confirm my flight using the WiFi in the room. Hopeless.

Good

Clean and friendly hotel. Everything works and it has all I need for a day or twos stay. Supermarket 250 metres away and a HottoMotto takeaway 150metres. Very convenient for pre or post airport stay. Better still if they did evening drop offs at the airport.

They do airport drop offs in the morning - great. They do airport pick ups in the evening - great. But they wouldn't let me go to the airport with the evening pick up bus for my evening flight. Figure that?
