Huge disappointment will not be recommending it to anyone.. it was horrible

Nothing,most depressing apartment I’ve stayed in Totally overpriced

We paid $7781.40 for a 6 night stay What a disappointment The apartment was very tired It was dirty The patio was covered in bird poo it needs a good gurney The beds were uncomfortable where they were zipped together you could feel the zipper The blankets and doonas were very old and I’m not sure how clean they were The bathrooms were in need of refurbishme nt (the toilet brush had no handle yuck) the shower needs a really good scrubbing The whole apartment was dark Window blinds were old and need maintenance or replacing The lounge was uncomfortable The rugs were old and shabby There was one bath towel per person No pool/beach towels One tea towel The noise on Friday and Saturday night from outside was horrendous I really think the advertising on this place needs updating You all need to go and inspect this place It is totally overpriced for the age and condition it is in It was such a disappointment When you are paying premium prices you expect better accommodation than this

Disappointing

Air con noisy and not working properly. Wanted to open doors to balcony couldnt as the noise and dust from constructon site bad and started very early in the morning!

This is a fabulous place to stay and we loved so much about it! The apartment was spacious, there was no noise from other apartments, the pool and spa were great. Our group of 6 had three keys which was useful, and the staff were very helpful. Excellent location - we were only a few hundred metres from the tram stop so getting around was easy, there was a shopping centre very close by, the sea was only a short walk away.

Minor things - the beds would benefit from mattress toppers, and some basics (salt, pepper, oil) would be really handy in the kitchen, especially since we were travelling from overseas. In the apartment we stayed in the headboard in the main bedroom is a bit wobbly, and the filter drops off the front of the clothes dryer, but these should be easily fixed :) Only 2 sachets each of washing powder and dishwashing liquid were provided then you need to purchase, so that's mildly inconvenient

Enjoyed the space and pool was perfect for families with young kids.

Very generous size three bedroom apartment comfortable for family of six. All rooms were very comfortable and functional. The lift was extremely efficient!…Beach towels available to borrow.

Balcony was a bit scary with young children. Need to be supervised.

Perfect location and clean rooms. Quiet place. love the sauna!

Room service only provided for people who stay over 8 nights. it’s okay but we might need some more clean towels.

Excellent overall.

Great location, close to beach, shops, cafes & restaurants, & transport.

Dishwasher not working in our apartment. Building noise across the road was pretty annoying & we realise that can’t be helped but notification prior to arrival would have been good.

Very good

I liked the proximity to shops, food options, transport, beach. I also loved how much space there was in the 3 bedroom apartment, it is literally bigger than my house. The heated spa was amazing when it was cool in the afternoon. My children were extremely comfortable there and that shows how great the place was. Oh, and the carpet in room 1401 was so beautiful and soft on your feet and to sit on

The only negative was the noise downstairs.
