Alles war super Top Bett Top Lage Top Personal Essen war Mega gut Klar es ist teuer - wie das ganze Hotel- aber man bekommt auch den Service und Qualität. Alle sind sehr bemüht!

Tolle Lage, direkter Zugang zur Hochbahn, geniales Frühstück, alles sauber, alle freundlich

Unglaublich vielseitiges und leckeres Frühstück. Praktische Anbindung an den Sky Train Station Surasak.

Europäische Getränkepreise, jedoch gibt es für Hotelgäste Rabatte und happy hours.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage!

Tolles Hotel, super Lage direkt an der BTS Station, nahe am Hafen. Grandioser Blick von allen Zimmern. Wir waren Etage 23, unsere Tochter Etage 17. Das Highlight war der Pool - gelegen in Etage 14. Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert, kann also nicht bewertet werden. Zimmer sauber und sehr geräumig. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Var her første gang for 10 år siden og nu igen. Og kommer her nok også turen næste gang hedder Bangkok 😄

Venligt , hjælpsomt personale på hotel med fin beliggenhed lige ved BTS station. Her får man virkelig valuta for pengene - især ved tilvalg af loungeadgang 😊

Poolområde og hotellets restauranter er måske lige knapt de 5 stjerner værdige

Tout: l’immense chambre « executive » avec la salle de bain avec vue sur Bangkok, le confort, l’extrême gentillesse des personnels, la qualité du petit déjeuner et les cocktails dînatoires de la fin de journée au 32ieme étage. Sans oublier l’accès direct au Sky train

Schönes Hotel für Bangkok mit großem Pool und Mega Frühstück

Das Frühstück war richtig gut und vielseitig, wir hatten ein Executive room mit Zugang zur Executive Lounge. Leider mussten wir täglich unsere Karte für den Fahrstuhl darauf neu freischalten lassen. Hier war der Service nicht herausragend. Trotzdem ein schönes Hotel und der Pool ist super. Schön groß und sauber. Wir konnten am checkin und checkout auch den Pool nutzen. Die Lage war zur Rush Hour schwer mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder zu verlassen. Wenn man gerne mit der Bahn fährt sehr gute Lage direkt an der Station mit Zugang zum hotelaufzug.

Der Service war super aber es gab immer wieder Probleme mit der Hotelkarte.

Emplacement très bien situé. L’hôtel possède une entrée directement relié au métro. Petit déjeuner excellent avec un choix très varié. Piscine à débordement au 14eme étage (baignade jusqu’à 23h).

المكان من انظف الفنادق الموجوده في تايلاند وسعر جيد جدا

فندق ضخم كان من المفترض ان يكون هناك مترجم للغه العربيه وايضاً انا حجزي يشمل دخول الصاله العلويه لكن الوقت ضيق بعد الساعه 7:30م ياخذون جميع الاطعمه وهذا ليس تصرف جيد ولا مرضي ولم استفد من الصاله شيء وايضا خروجي من الفندق كان في نهاية يوم 15 يناير اي اني لم استفد شيء من يوم 16 ابدا كان من المفترض ان يعيدون مبلغ ليله او نصف ليله.

Super Service und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit!

Lage könnte etwas zentraler sein. Zu den Spots musste man ein Grab oder Tuk Tuk nehmen, ca. 10-15 Minuten. Aber auch kein großes Problem.

We will definitely come back!

First of all we enjoyed the location very much. Supermarkets, restaurants and street food kitchen are all in walking distance. Moreover there is a direct connection from the hotel to the BTS station. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, everything you need is there. We especially liked the night light - so you don’t have to light up the whole room, if you need to go to the bathroom during nighttime. Also the pool area was very beautiful during the day and for sunset. Especially the view is fantastic- but it is from your room as well :-) But the best about the hotel ist the staff. Everybody was helpful, friendly and very kind! Special thanks to Bobby at the reception for booking us a transfer on very short notice!

Well… the prices at the pool bar are a little high for the beverages and juices. Nevertheless everything was tasty and at least there is a Happy Hour, which you should totally use :-)

The access to the BTS, and the view. You are central to the major landmarks of Bangkok.A 5 min BTS ride to the ferry system, and all attractions. Staff were excellent in the executive lounge.Made our stay fantastic!

Perfect hotel for family adventure in Bangkok!

Excellent location as it is directly connected to the Bangkok Skytrain (BTS) which made getting to the pier (1 stop) or other attractions very convenient. We had two connecting rooms, they were very comfortable and the view was great. The pool on level 14 is perfect to cool down after a day of sightseeing. Overall cannot fault this place and would highly recommend for a trip to Bangkok.
