Una gran estadía en Praga

Un alojamiento muy acogedor y super céntrico. El personal de la recepción es muy amable y con bastante disposición. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. La habitación amplia, muy bien iluminada. El baño amplio y cómodo. Tienes muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca al alojamiento. Realmente un lugar al que volvería con mi familia.

Todo estuvo ok.

Zatím vždy spokojenost, tentokrát jsem měl pocit odfláknuté péče, i když hotel byl skoro prázdný.

Lokalita, snídaně v ceně

Dispozice pokoje - postel vsunutá v pokoji tak, že přístup na ni jen od nohou, po stranách jen zeď, žádné noční stolky, žádné lampičky. Úzká skříň pro dvě osoby, žádné háčky v předsíňce na pověšení kabátů. Koupelny - vypadávající háčky na ručníky, nefunkční a padající úchytky na sprchu, sprchový kout nelze dovřít, netěsný.

Spokojenost

Hotel jsem navštívila mnohokrát, což je asi nejlepší důkaz o mé spokojenosti. Recenzi jsem psala několikrát, takže jen opakuji skvělou polohu v centru města, velmi pohodlné postele, čisté a příjemné povlečení, vlídný personál, vyhovující snídaně (snad jen trochu víc ovoce bych přivítala)

Jediné, co mě opravdu mrzí, je absence lampiček u postele.

I would recommend to stay there to my friends in case receptionist changes its behavior.

The location is very good. Price is fair. Breakfast is okay and fair. Room was clean. Temperature of the room was good. Cleaning staff was nice. (Thanks them)

The guy on the reception (the blonde guy) is very rude and not helpful. That makes accommodation harder. Other receptionist during the day they were okay. Also beds are seperated 1+1. Its a bit uncomfortable. Blanket was too small. Didn’t cover well during the night.

Hluk a silne vibrace od tramvaji!

Pozor! Pred hotelem jezdi tramvaje, coz zpusobuje silny hluk. To jsem vyresil spunty do usi. Nicmene tyto tramvaje zpusobuji i silne vibrace. Tak silne, ze se klepe i postel, na ktere spite. Klepe se treba i podlaha na toalete. Navic vyber na snidani je dost skromny. Tento hotel tedy opravdu nedoporucuji!!!!

nice hotel in a nice quiet location with easy access to the trams

The breakfast was nice although had to wait as not enough chairs. The room was large and comfortable and the beds were comfy. luggage storage was really handy and free.

the shower wasn't great and the step up was quite high and when slippy didn't feel that safe.

Good staying but fix the airflow/heat situation please

The location of the hotel is awesome, good breakfast and a clean room.

We were in an attic room (top floor) with skylight windows and air conditioning. The problem is that the windows could only be electronically opened with buttons and they had a rain sensor that didn't allow them to open if it was raining (also automatically closing in this situation) and the AC couldn't be lowered beyond 20°C, but this temperature was either fake or not low enough because when it was raining the room became unbearably hot and you couldn't even open a window or power up the AC.

A nice hotel - well located and good value for money.

A well located hotel, close to many amenities and the trams for ease of getting around. The share twin room was huge with very comfortable beds; needs air conditioning though as it was very hot and the single fan was not enough. However, overall a good experience.

Overall an alright stay, very affordable hotel in amazing location . Breakfast was a good base to start a day and it was just a standard hotel breakfast. The area and the building is really nice! I really liked the shower water pressure.

Some minor things - the reception wasn’t very welcoming and check in was a bit awkward but it didn’t have a giant impact on our time here. When my phone fell from the bed I discovered an area that wasn’t vacuumed for a long time which wasn’t perfect. For me this is not usually an issue but for some the tram noise from outside may be to loud.

Everything was fine, great option for cheap and good stay

The location was great, close to the city centre The room, although quite modest, was very tidy and bed was comfortable I didn't need to interact much with staff during my stay, but check in and check out both went quickly and easily For the prices this hotel offers it is definitelly worth choosing while in Prague

Will never stay again

Great location in the center of Prague. Very closed to the train station.

I asked for a calm room because traveling with a small kid. I got the room with the train passing every 30s under the window. All room was vibrating and the noise was just terrible. I didn´t sleep the night. The staff was very unprofessional. I was told "What do you expect we are not 4 stars nor Hilton". Finally the bathroom equipment was broken, impossible to close the shower curtains.

Location. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and the city center. Enough to sleep for one night.

The staff seems unprofessional. The noise from the trams is considerable. The room to the courtyard helped us. Bathroom in terrible condition. The door to the shower was not functional, it was damaged.

The elevator was broken and we were given a top floor (4th) room. I expected the hotel to either move my family to a lower floor. Or give us a partial credit. This is the standard practice in US hotels. Elevator is a basic service.

Location is central. However, they need to do better checks in room before handing over to customer.

There were bugs in the whole room and even my luggage one morning. Realized it was due to some bugs living in the toilet. It was very warm in the room provided to me. The ventilation was not that good.

Location of the hotel is excellent.

The gentleman at the reception was very polite. We had booked two rooms. Reached Prague at around 10. AM.Though the check in time was 3 PM . This gentleman answered my phone call and asked us to come to the hotel room and cooperated with early checkin.

The Lenin were not changed for three days. We had to adjust by using same towels which was a bit annoying.
