The staff were excellent and friendly. I felt very welcomed by them. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great. I felt safe there. There are many shops and facilities nearby.

The view is not quite good. But this is a small thing compared to the rest of good stuff offered by the hotel.

The location was great, in the Leblon area with many restaurants and bars around. The turco area is very nice and is opened until 21h00.

The room was small and didn't have a balcony. The eating area was not very illuminated. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional.

- oldish bathroom - only two elevator for the whole building causing long wait especially for going down for breakfast - noisy room (man at work early in the morning)

Great location, good food for breakfast. The bed was comfortable

On the balcony, the barrier was not stable and moving. The sink was constantly blocked.it was very difficult to get to the 9 floor because the waiting time for the elevator was very long. Should be good to have a shower gel maybe.

sporting room , steps machine didn't work or lack of explanations

The hallways had motion sensors for the lights and it was really dark walking to the room waiting for the lights to turn on. you couldn’t see what was down the hall and it didn’t feel completely comfortable walking in.

staff was trying their best but looks like there is a big management issue in the facility

There was a construction going on and we felt like it wa in the room. Location is aafe but aurrounded by the bara where you hear the noise till 2-3 am. Toilet was not working peoperly.

Friendly and very attentive staff. Excellent location. Good breakfast (a 10 if breakfast at Holiday Inn Express were a 5).

The hotel looks rather old. Floor hallway lighting uses motion sensing, and the lights turn off too quickly, leaving guests in a complete darkness if they stood motionless for a few seconds. Room is small. Room has a small round table with an odd cone-shaped cement base. Few small peeling wall paints and broken tiles. 5 out of the 8 pillows in the double-bed setting had faint unpleasant body odors.
