Our stay was very good at the hotel.

Location was very good. We did not subscribe for breakfast. We were given an offer of breakfast on our last day and it was fantastic. Thanks for your services.

We booked as one team but you sent 2 vehicles to collect us from the airport so we had to spend twice. That was not nice.

It was ok

The staff was very nice and very helpful!! Always eager to help.

The rooms could have been better, too much noise from the AC and there was too much humidity that you could even smell it.

-There was no hot water most of days - There was a lot of noise from the neighborhood - I had to request for a change of rooms - I was told to go to my room to pack and wait for a porter to relocate me. After reporting to the reception that I was ready to shift to a new room, despite being told the reception was sending someone, I waited for an hr...I had to remind them... - The hotel does not provide a free shuttle from the airport

Breakfast buffet assortment was good Central Location Courteous & friendly staff Rooms were clean and well maintained Air conditioning was perfect

Prefer rooms without carpet, tiled flooring is much better and healthier.

It was fine but hotel needs to improve the lobby

Airport transportation was quite old car which Air conditioning was quite poor. The drive was driving rushly.

The breakfast was average. Not exceptional.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. For us the situation was ideal for visiting relatives.

First impressions of the room was that it smells very damp. The cupboards even though clean also smells mouldy

Rooms are not clean. Property is old . Gym has all chinese equipments in damaged condition.

Best package on price, service and location! I would book again.

very nice amenities e.g. gym, sauna, outside terrace pool, rooftop with great sunset view. breakfast was good with great variety. Super nice and helpfull staff! After the misunderstanding that the airport transfer is billed directly via the hotel and not -as we did- to the driver, the hotel appologized for billing again, revised the bill and offered a free shuttle to the ferry harbour due to the time lost on discussion.

Great location with a fun rooftop bar and restaurant.

The night shift reception staff on check in Margaret is very welcoming hat's off

The male staff is very rude and arrogant. It's a shame that despite having the duty manager in the,this guy had no manners at all would not even respect a duty manager who was there with the head down.

Its located in the centre of town. Food is decent. There is also a functional gym.

The old carpets and cupboards in rooms. Need to upgrade. There is generally a need to upgrade and mordenise the hotel.
