excellent breakfast with alot of choice. the people working there are always smiling and very helpfull. the restaurant is high level. and you just have to cross the street to get to the lift and they have a private parking to put your car safe.
for me personal, the matrass was a bit small, my feet came out of the bed most of the time :)

Sehr freundlicher Service, das Hotel ist deutlich schöner gewesen als ich nach den Booking-Fotos erwartet hatte. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütliche Lounge-Ecken, leckeres vielseitiges Frühstück, sehr gute Lage, alles bestens.
Bei der Bettdecke für meinen Geschmack noch Luft nach oben, aber ansonsten alles prima.

The location is very near the ski lifts, with a great ski room. The breakfast was fantastic and spa area was brilliant. We had a two bedroom room and it was very spacious! walking distance to all bars and restaurants.
The room is a little dated, however I would struggle to find any fault with this hotel.

Great location… spacious rooms… In the middle of a refurbishment, half rustic Austrian and half contemporary alpine, but very lovely.
The ski room… amazing!! I know it sounds daft, but amazing! somewhere to store and dry all your kit… No smelly gloves drying in your room!
It was all excellent… It would be useful if allergens were more explicitly listed at breakfast and on menus - whilst knowledgeable staff is one thing, it can leave you guessing.

great staff - location and the loft room was great
very minor - the loft room had a kitchen but no basic things like mugs or some
knives and forks to have in the room and we needed to request some each time.

Very good hotel, great staff, fantastic food (kudos to their chef) in the evening. (we were half board) and there is also a very nice SPA that we could enjoyed. I would highly recommend this Hotel for those who stay at ISCHGL as we felt very welcomme and received great service.
The hotel is not RIGHT at the center but you have to walk 5-10 min, easy walk through a tunnel. Other than that, difficult to find what we didn't liked :)

Great food & service. Family run hotel, with personal interaction. Great bar area. Attention to detail in service area. Great wine selection.
We stayed in a suite. Our daughter stayed in the second room. the shower area has no door onto same and faces the passage. No bath in the suite.
