Great place

The staff at this hotel are so professional and willing to help. Some of the best people! All of the reviews that mention the helpfulness of Mr Jim are correct - he is a huge asset to the hotel. he made our stay in Hanoi so memorable, and it was lovely getting to know him a little. The hotel rooms are quite small, as are most in the old quarter, but it is a great hotel for exploring Hanoi. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.

A great stay in the heart of Hanoi. It is very convenient to walk around and get food or drink. The room was very clean and cozy (we got a big room which is upgraded). The air conditioner was working greatly during our stay. All the staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Mr Max and Alex, some other name such as the girl at the reception we could not remember but she was very attentive and always smile. This hotel has tour service (Halong bay, Ninh Binh,etc) and we could get a very good deal from them, we will do it next time, Thank you all for the great hospitality!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Max in particular was very helpful and arranged all our sightseeing. Jim and Hi were very courteous and always ready to help. Thank you Max and his team.

we booked and canceled, but due to schedule change we rebooked but it was small room. luckily Jim upgraded our room to a room with a balcony free of charge at the sister hotel and still kept the same price.

The staff was super welcoming upon our arrival in the lobby. We were 6 hours earlier than our check-in and they still got us into a room in less than 30 minutes which was pretty amazing since we traveled 24hr+ from the states to get there. I was also impressed with the breakfast and the coffee especially. Best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. Highly recommended.

I’d really have to nitpick to criticize anything. Nothing really worth mentioning.

The staff were very nice and tried to accommodate us to improve the stay.

The staff were friendly and the balcony was pretty.

When we arrived, we immediately felt that the hotel was not as nice as it had appeared in pictures. Whilst the facilities were fine, the room was small and dated. The balcony was also very loud. We felt that it was not good value for money and that the existing reviews were not reflective of the actual hotel.
