Es war angenehm, aber für den relativ hohen Preis hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr erhofft

Das Frühstück war gut und es gab viel Auswahl. Die Lage war ganz gut, da das Hotel direkt bei der Station war und es keine 2 Minuten Gehweg waren. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und das Zimmer selbst mit der schönen Aussicht gefiel mir auch mega gut.

Am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes hat einfach die Toilette bzw. das Spülen nicht mehr funktioniert. Gott sei Dank funktionierte es dann am dritten Tag wieder, aber es war halt blöd zwischendrin dann immer extra auf eine andere Etage gehen zu müssen, um dort dann die Toilette benutzen zu können. Außerdem kam aus der Dusche und auch teilweise (nicht ständig, aber öfters) aus dem Waschbecken komischerweise immer nur sehr sehr warmes Wasser raus, man konnte die Temperatur komischerweise nicht umstellen. Kompliziert war das mit dem Aufzug auch, da man zwar Karten dafür bekommen hat, aber selbst damit Schwierigkeiten hatte nach oben oder unten zu kommen. Ging nicht nur uns so, sondern auch andere Gäste hatten immer wieder das gleiche Problem.

My stay was manageable

I like the view and the size of the room that was very spacious and enough plug outlets

I have twin bed put together for my first 2 nights, but the room was changed upon my request to a room with a double size bed

Nice comfortable stay for my business trip.

Good clean room. Everything worked. Addition of coffee machine was good.

Carpet had stains and needs a clean. More milk for the coffee. The breakfast on the ground floor was never ready at 7am and the hot food was not hot enough.

The hotel location was great, room was very clean and breakfast was nice. As a whole value for money

My room was Ifel Tower view. Which was bonus for me. Regarding transportation, all train line/station was adjacent to this hotel. So i always easily got train to my programe venue.

Improvement needed

The location especially when the La défense transport system is so complicated that taxi driver is able to see a very clear sign to get us back here

The housekeeping. I was very surprised to see my pajamas was totally unfolded and messily in front of the window wall. it was very rare I had never seen that before. I informed the staff when I was asked for the total satisfaction when I did the check out. another thing is that the room is too dark that I have to move the table lamps to be able to pack my baggages.

Nice and clean hotel, and very good breakfast

Nice view on the Eiffel tour. Next to the metro station (fast to the city centre). well isolated and clean rooms. very good breakfast. very good pillows and mattresses for a relaxing sleep after walking 10 km per day.
